I've been a customer with the Aire Conitioner Shoppe now for 18 years. To date, I've had three separate split A/C systems installed and I couldn't be more pleased. Neil and his sales people always call me back right away, and they've even completed two separate on-site inspections and electrical surveys. His installation techs are top notch, always take the time to show me the special features, complete a full demo, and do a great clean up in and around the job site. Why go anywhere else? Two thumbs WAY up!

Exceptional performance from start to finish. This was the third installation for the Aire Conditioner Shoppe for us. Neil expedited installation of two mini splits for us. He really is a no-nonsense guy, don’t misinterpret his driver-type personality, he’s only interested in making sure he understands what you’re asking. Thank you Neil, we appreciate you. Estimator Kua helped us select a single compressor unit that cools two separate rooms. Super quiet too! We learned a lot from his visit. Lead installer Alex and crew were quick, efficient and clean. Addressed all our concerns. New lines are set up like artwork. Great job installing a different model mini split inside leaving almost no touch up required.

I like that everybody really knew what they were doing from the initial scout to the split a/c installation. The unit looks great, and I feel confident that it was set up in the best way possible. Pricing is clear, fair, and comes with a good warranty. The only thing that threw me was how they inform you of your installation date. They give you a ballpark date at first, but then call a few days in advance to confirm the date. I was weary of this, but in the end it all worked out and I am very happy.

In December we had AC installed. The process was very smooth. A rep first came to work with us to explain the different options. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. On the day of the installation, the crew (Alex, Zion, Julien) very efficient. Alex explained what they will do as they were prepping. After it was done, Alex explained the controls, and how to maintain the units. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend them.

From the estimation visit to a complicated pair of installations of large units, to using their recommendation for a handyman for wall repair after the installation, given we had to move the units to different locations in our rooms, the work was professionally, with attention to detail,, and the communication was excellent. This is not the first time I have worked with the Air Conditioner Shoppe. They come to my home to regularly clean and maintain my existing units as well. I would highly recommend them.
