They showed up the day after I called and got it fixed within a few hours. Our central air unit needed a new motor and capacitor. Their technician Chaz climbed up on the roof and discovered a problem that another company missed because they didn’t look up there. Our staff and customers are so grateful for cold air again and Chaz was very friendly, professional, and communicated clearly. Highly recommend this company.

• Update: Oct-5-26 Joshua (Josh) came out to give me an estimate for a new Bosch Variable Speed AC System. He fairly priced the estimate and I signed it right then as it beat all other estimates that I didn’t even tell him about! AC was on its last leg and had it serviced in June-2026 to buy me some time to make a decision on a new unit. Will post an update after it’s installed in a few days. June-30-26: Joshua fixed the issues with our A/C and everything is running exceptionally well and Ice Cold! If we ever have an issue with our A/C in the future I’m definitely calling Joshua from Oahu Electric and Air. He is very professional, knowledgeable and an all around nice guy that does really good work. Thanks for the amazing service!

• My AC broke in July. Kept getting the run around from the company i originally purchased it from. I finally decided to look into other AC companies. I ended up calling 5 or 6 other AC companies. They all seemed too busy to deal with me until I came across OAHU ELECTRIC & AC. This company was by far the best in every way!!! —from the 1st people I talked to on the phone to Stafford who came to look at my project and who also shared the different payment options, to Archana who patiently helped me fill out the financing paperwork —- absolutely everyone I talked to was very professional, very accommodating, and on top of that even though my replacement and new install was not as simple as first expected to be, Stafford worked tirelessly until the job was complete! He inspected the situation which was a sparking/burnt wall outlet informed as that the outlet was backed stab and it’s was loose which was causing the sparking informed us of the situation and gave us an estimate and proceed with the replacement took less than an hour and also cleaned up afterwards!
