• Justin is an absolute lifesaver! On my mom's 93rd birthday, her 70-year-old gravity furnace stopped working just before a cold snap. I was desperate to troubleshoot with a technician but every company I called only offered to book a service call without much urgency. When I reached out to Airology, Justin answered the phone directly! He immediately understood the situation and asked thoughtful questions, like how we were doing and the temperature inside the house - something no one else had bothered to ask. During his first visit, Justin carefully inspected the furnace to ensure it was in good condition, safe to use, and worth repairing. He was optimistic throughout, reassuring us that he'd have it up and running soon. Within 3 hours, the furnace was fixed with a new power pile! Justin even took the time to teach us how the old furnace works and what repairs might be needed in the future. To top it off, he gave my mom a birthday discount! Justin is honest, compassionate and truly an expert in his field. Airology feels like family - they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend! UPDATE (2026): Fast forward to today, and we trusted Airology again - this time for a full furnace replacement! Justin, Malcolm, and Sean took on the massive job and handled everything with complete professionalism from start to finish. Over 4 days, they kept us fully updated on their progress, answered all our questions, and made sure my mom felt completely comfortable. Their work was clean, thorough, and top-tier. My mom’s house is warm, safe, and comfortable, and we have total peace of mind. If you need HVAC work done in Calgary, hire Airology without hesitation!

• Justin Giroux and his staff were just excellent with our new HVAC installation. Where the other companies weren't willing to work with us regarding our requirements, Airology was plus their pricing was quite reasonable as I had quotes from two other companies. My system was a "dual fuel" system consisting of a new cold climate Mitsubishi heat pump suitable for cooling or heating my home in Calgary for 80%-90% of the time plus a high efficiency Trane natural gas furnace for the heating on those colder nights for the remaining 10% - 20% of the time. This system provides me the ability to adjust the heat pump economic balance point by adjusting the outdoor temperature switchover point from the heat pump to the furnace. Auxiliaries included a new Sanuvox UV light mounted on the return air supply & a custom filter box that handles a MERV 13 4" air filter and a 2" activated carbon filter. Also included in the scope was the installation of a new Panasonic whole home energy recovery ventilator. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the work by Airology, Justin and his crew and their willingness to work with us to meet our needs!!!
