• I never write reviews but I feel like I need to let people know to stay away from him. Never in my life have I met someone that runs a business like this. Firstly, we set up an appointment for Sep 7, 2022, at 10 am and in the morning of the same day, he messaged at 7 am saying he has a migraine and to schedule for the 9th. Had already taken the day off work to wait for him but fine. He rescheduled with me for 9:30 am on Sep 9th, but did not show up until almost 11:30 am. Left a huge mess and just left the place saying he will be back in a couple of days to clean it up, never came back. Did not invoice me till November 2022 and left the old furnace in my backyard for almost a month and a half, up until he asked to get paid. I told him if he doesn’t take away the old furnace I will not pay as he had not completed his job, so he finally moved it, not right away,l and it still took him 2-4 days, can’t remember exactly. Asked about the B.C. rebate program beforehand and he said he will help with it but provided the wrong invoice name and had a lot of missing info. I kept following up with him as I needed him to correct the invoice and he kept saying he will send it to me soon (since February 2023). In the end he never did (it is now June 2023…) he did not even reply to my messages even when I kept following up with him. What a horrible experience. Yes he was recommended to me by a contractor and he has a cheaper price compared to others, but there is a reason for it. I would rather pay more and get better customer services and to do a better job. His work ethic is unbelievable and not in a good way. AVOID if possible unless you don’t mind the headache.

• Param came out on July long weekend for my water heater. I called 6 companies they all said no. He showed up Sunday to diagnose. Monday to bring parts and repair. Something else went wrong during the repairs and param took care of it at no cost and then came back TUESDAY to get the whole job done!! Sorry about your long weekend. Definitely will call them first next time.

• I got a tankless hot water system installed. Param recommended the Rinnai gas system which I got.He did an excellent job installing it and all the pipes are neatly installed and routed which makes it a clean install He made sure everything was done right and he used good quality pipes and fittings He did an outstanding job that exceeded my expectations. He checked the system for leaks and set up the pressure for the incoming water and set the temperature on the tank. He cleaned up all the mess and swept out the tank room and took away the bulky old tank I've already started telling my friends and neighbours about him I will definitely use him again for more work in my house.
