• This company is an example of what outstanding customer service is!! I phoned to get a quote on a heat pump and was greeted by a very pleasant and cheerful lady named Chantel who made arrangements for Merek to come out and give me a quote. Merek arrived on time and was very professional and informative. He even helped me several times on filling out the application for the government grant. Trish the manager kept sending the most positive and upbeat messages to keep everyone informed as to what was happening with the grant, as it was changing. What's great is they book you in with a time for the installation and then keep moving the date out until you get approved - so your wait time is only a few days. Before the techs arrive to do the installation they send you a write up about them - personalizing them. What a great concept! Brayden, Shahin, and Abdul all arrived on time and worked together as a very professional team to put my unit in. They kept me informed as they worked, cleaned up after the job and I couldn't be happier. What an amazing experience from start to finish. 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ all the way. • Overall had a great experience with Rep-Air. I was walking my dog in the neighborhood when I saw one of their trucks on Kite St, and when we were having problems with our A/C they seemed like a good local company to support. We had Graham Strong and Gavin show up and diagnose the problem. They were very professional and personable, explained everything well and unfortunately the system was too old to repair effectively if we wanted long term reliability. We were given several options for replacement, and Graham was very patient in explaining each one. We picked a hybrid one; with the heat pump, and a furnace for backup. Come install day we were told a different crew might show up, but was happy to see Graham and Gavin again, since they were already familiar with our setup. They worked hard, and got a lot done on the first day, but we needed a few things to wrap it up. Next day the electrician came for a quick breaker change, and the following day they wrapped it up and explained the system thoroughly. The new system was technically good to go in one day, so they work very efficiently, but every home is a little different, so I like that they wanted to make it great not just good enough. Great advice as well on maintenance of the new system and educating us about the age of our hot water tank. Overall I’d recommend Rep-Air. From placing the first service appointment with their office, till the last interaction, everyone was great to deal with.

• Couldn’t recommend them more! I purchased a pool heater in the off season with a recommendation from AI. Come spring I started calling plumbers / gas fitters to get it installed when I found out AI isn’t a good consultant as I bought one way powerful. I swear I talked to 12 companies and it was the same, “yes I know it’s too powerful, no I can’t return it, yes I know it was a bad purchase”. Rep air was the only one that didn’t make me feel like crap. They just came over and gave an estimate. The instal took the day and they were kind and friendly the whole time. They went above and beyond numerous times. I even happen to see Colin with two wrenches fixing my leaking garden hose, which as a good husband I would have gotten around to one day. They will always be my first call from now on.
