• They saved the day in Farmington Hills.During the heat over the 4th the system died. After 4 interviews and amout to replace both, Aladdin was the best. Not only were they knowldgeable they were on time, (one day install) but returned the next day for follow up. Yes I would recommend them with 4 stars.

• Very Disappointing Service I had a baseboard heater that was not working. I paid Aladdin $176 for the first service visit, and the technician spent about an hour working on the heater. He told me the issue was fixed and that the heater was working. However, after he left, I checked the heater and found that it still did not work. Because the problem remained unresolved, Aladdin sent a second technician to my home on May 18, 2026. He spent approximately two hours attempting to repair the heater and again assured me that the issue had been resolved. I was then charged an additional $603. Unfortunately, after he left, I discovered that the heater still did not work. In total, I paid $779, and my baseboard heater remains broken. I am extremely disappointed that two service calls, multiple hours of labor, and significant charges failed to identify and fix the root cause of the problem. I expected a professional diagnosis and repair, but the issue remains exactly as it was before either visit. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

• Heating & cooling company Aladdin had installed a new air conditioner in my home, Ever since then , the AC has never worked, i had to call them every summer to fix the issue but they never fixed the root cause of the problem, why do I have to keep calling them repeatedly , I am very unsatisfied with this Aladdin company after spending over $4,000 on a brand New AC, unit is still not functioning properly.

• I hired them because my ac unit was making a loud noise. A service repair man came and checked out what the issue was, it turned out I needed a new motor fan and said he did not have the part for it so an order would be placed. I asked what the timeline is for ordering the part and installing it, he said I would get a phone call the next day about ordering the parts and to schedule a second service for installation. It’s been over a week, and I have not received ANY updates of whether a part has been ordered or not. I went with someone else to repair it, and they said there are some missing screws from the motor. Turns out, when Aladdin repair person was taking apart the motor, he did not put all the screws back! Very disappointed and wasted $100 for a diagnostic call when I should’ve went with someone else

• We have been customers of Aladdin heating and cooling for years. Earlier this year we had our hot water tank replaced. Raid (pronounced. ROD) came out to do that for us. His work was so exceptional that we requested that Aladdin send him back to replace our furnace and AC unit. Raid always goes over and above. He noticed that we did not have a shut of valve in the house for the gas. He installed one and now we are safer because of it. Aladdin has a great team of service technicians and we are extremely satisfied with the jobs they do for us.
