  • It was quite apparent to me immediately that Julio is quite knowledgeable about HVAC maintenance and repair. He recommended the proper filters to use and let me know about a couple of things that I should do to help improve the performance of my furnace. Looking at his reviews I understand why Flame customers prefer to have Julio be the tech who returns to their home.

  • 5/20/26: Alan Houston the a/c tech from Flame Heating and Cooling arrived at scheduled time and was very professional at doing the a/c tuneup. He discovered a faulty capacitor on our 6 year old air conditioning unit. He had the replacement part in his van. He did a quick job replacing bad capacitor and explained thoroughly the need for this part replacement. The technicians from Flame Furnace arrived on time and spent approximately 8 hours installing a new furnace and air conditioner for us. The work done was very thorough and professional. They were careful to cover up all carpeting and left no mess. The sales rep Tom Smith was very thorough in explaining the whole process to us prior to purchase and installation. I would recommend Flam Furnace to anyone based on this recent experience. 6/19/23: Tech named Thomas did our annual ac tuneup this afternoon. Thomas was very thorough and explained everything that was done before leaving. 5/9/25: Tech named Stefan did our annual ac tuneup. Stefan was very thorough and explained everything that was completed. 9/29/26: Tech Eric Paul did a great job with our annual furnace tuneup. He asked about and installed a new humidifier vapor pad also. Very timely and professional.
