• Terrible service. One of our rooms has had very little airflow from an AC system they installed only two years ago, including the ductwork. We called them out to inspect the problem. Their service window was an absurd 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., so I could not be there, but my son was home. We specifically asked them to call us while they were there. They never did. They were at the house for less than 10 minutes. No explanation. No phone call. We simply received a $1,500 estimate via email saying we needed new dampers and repairs for leaking ducts. That raises some obvious questions. If they installed the entire system and ductwork only two years ago, why are the ducts already leaking? If dampers were necessary for proper airflow, why weren’t they installed correctly in the first place? Based on the estimate, it appears they expect us to pay $1,500 to correct problems with a system they installed just two years ago. Apparently none of this is covered under their warranty. They still have not called me to explain anything. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and extremely disappointing customer service. UPDATE: They sent a text. I responded to text, with no response back. I would think twice before trusting this company with a new HVAC installation.
