• I have health issues that is severely exacerbated by extreme temperatures. I had issues with my heater one very cold morning and called Fuse for assistance. Fuse not only sent me a highly qualified technician, but he also had the replacement component needed for my furnace. This is what a professional company does. They don’t send their technicians empty handed to a job. They make sure they have everything they need to provide the best service to their customers. Most HVAC companies will recommend a replacement heating system instead of just replacing the broken part. This was not the case for Fuse, and I TRULY appreciated the HONESTY and PROFESSIONALISM of the company. Fuse is a trustworthy company and I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

• FUSE service installed NEMA 14 50 to be used by Tesla mobile charger. Zorik was the electrician who had done a very good job connecting wires from the main panel to the inside garage wall opposite of the panel. The job was done neatly and efficiently with a short wire no longer than 3 feet buried inside sheetrock. When the work done, the NEMA 14 50 is flushed with sheetrock and looks very pleasing. I would recommend Zorik for anyone need to install NEMA 14 50 efficiently.

• So my tech got here don’t get me wrong but he did a good job of adjusting some wiring of my heat and fan it a lot better now. For the tech I give him 3 ⭐️when he got to my house I open my door to him didn’t say a word not even a hello . He walk in assume he knew where was my furnace until I direct him where it is. • I own a small office building that needed a new HVAC system. Dealing with Fuse was a terrible experience. They operate in a mumble, stumble and bumble way. The estimator Gene was late showing up to the initial inspection, didn't call to tell us he was running 2 hours late. We then had to reschedule it for the next day. Then Melanie forgot to put us on the installation schedule despite Gene's claim that he told her to do so. Then the day before the installation, they called and said they forgot to get the proper type of building permit. Avoid this unprofessional company if you can. They are incompetent and are not to be trusted. Don't be fooled by their apologies and pleasant demeanor. It means nothing.

• The technician examined both the water heater and furnace and made sure there's no leakage. He found out the furnace piping and wiring is messy and not compliant, and missing the sediment trap. • Azam K. Electrician came out to the site early and started right away. I helped clear the area in my garage and Azam did the rest. The whole installation of the Electric Vehicle charger took less than 60 minutes. After the installation, Azam showed me the charger (inside the garage) as well as the main fuse panel where the new fuse was installed. He is professional, clean (used a shop vac to clean up all the dust and debris from the site), and friendly. What a winning combination! I would recommend Fuse and Azam to everyone!
