However subsequently given the overall total cost we discussed and mutually agreed to cancel the agreement and for him to refund the monies. It has been more than three months since the last time we spoke and he has stopped picking up our calls. The address mentioned on the site is also incorrect as that office was vacated sometime around the start of Covid, in short this is a sham. Updated: Subsequently we received the $$ after couple of more months, understand that the $$ were stuck with the vendor thus the delay. I have changed the rating from 1 start to 3 star given the developments. He did work on the HVAC before all of this and did a professional job in a very time fashion manner. Understand the above could have been handled better with communication.
