Nathan is professional and courteous. I have to run an errand before the service and he was kind enough to put me on the second call for that morning. At the end of the checkup, he is very thorough and transparent about what is going on with my water heater and what needs to be done next year. I can’t thank him enough to install an anorode that will extend the life of my water heater tank for another ten years!

I had diagnostics and a flush on my hydronics heating system. The pricing and communication was clear when making the appointment with Kirk, he even called to confirm the day prior to the appointment. Qi was the tech that came out, he also communicated well, I knew when to expect him. He was clear and upfront on pricing, maintenance recommendations, and educated me on hydronic heating! Jorge came out to perform a general diagnostic on the condition of my 2003 era Lennex gas furnace and advise on the estimated remaining lifespan He expertly performed the necessary tests and inspections and shared his findings with me which was exactly what I was looking for. We needed to identify an issue with our wine refrigeration split system. Finding an HVAC company in the greater Seattle area that had that ability was difficult. QI identified the issue and completed the repair. His knowledge, communication skills and reliability were outstanding. I had a furnace that is older, where finding the part to fix it proved vexing, it was a funny situation but not for All Climate, they secured the needed part, came out and fixed my furnace. I was given three estimates and climate was lowest. Making and setting up the appointment was easy and the person was kind. Getting the service done today was awesome. He explained everything as he went. There was no clean up after him at all I was asked if he could put up a climate sign and I would get $10 off. I said yes. I will call climate again when I need her yearly inspection and maintenance.

I had an excellent experience with Qi. I was hearing a dripping sound near the fan coil and suspected it might be related to my new water heater. Qi quickly identified the real cause and carefully explained how the fan coil system works and why it wasn’t a water heater issue. He spoke both English and Chinese clearly, which made everything easy to understand. Qi was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. The inspection fee was also very reasonable. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend his service!

Great experience with Qi. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He patiently explained everything about my navian combi boiler. Fixed the issue with the error code and gave good advice about other issues with my Navian unit. It’s hard to find someone as experienced as him these days. I recommend Qi and will call him if we have any issues in future.
