  • Called to have a gas line attached to a new furnace, they wanted to charge me $2,500 just to connect a line, everything was already installed and ready to be hooked up. At least they are up front with their pricing I guess. Just know that you will pay a lot here.

  • Larry is a straight-shooter! We were considering replacing our older HVAC system and water heater to take advantage of a sale. So I called Andrew’s mechanical at about 5 o’clock one day And Larry took my call. He asked me if everything was working and I said yes and he says don’t fix it till it’s broke!! Who does that?

  • No business 24 hours in Spokane. Why? Making my own.

  • The owner is an obtuse, explosive temper, and meddling in areas of no concern to him. Wrote me a letter that was untrue regarding the installation of a new heating system by another company. His plumbers messed with the digital system; changing the heater , hot water, and the pressure. I asked them if they were familiar with this system their answer was NO. I had the pay for a technician from the installer to come out and get the system back on line. I called to let Andrews Mechanical know what happened, and let them know I was being charged to fix what their plumbers had done; and was transferred to the owner Larry Andrews, who yelled, “my men should have a chance to come out and fix it.” I stated his men are not familiar with the system. “Yelling I am not paying for that company to come out and fix your problem”. I never asked that he pay the service call from the other company. His men were here to fix a leaking pipe in another part of the house. They should have never been in the furnace room in the first place. This man is vindictive, mean spirited, wrote a letter meddling in the other company’s business practices was misinformed with accusations about Washington licenses, Washington permits of my furnace company. I hope people heed the reviews of this company buyer beware.

  • Our renters have a little kiddo and when the furnace stopped working, the team at Andrew's, knowing they had a booked day, reached out to another client to see if they would mind shifting their service appointment, so they could get the heat working for our tenant. They also offered space heaters in the interim! Amazing customer service. Above and beyond!

  • I asked and received a verbal bid from the owner of the company, Larry Andrews who visited the job site personally. "Two plumbers one and half days $175/hr that's $2,100.00" what a snake! He billed over $5000.00 August 28, 2020, invoice of $2,024.06; October 6, 2020, invoice of $220.52; October 14, 2020, invoice of $1,785.15; October 23, 2020, invoice of $3,522.52 (this invoice revises, modifies and takes the place of the invoice from August 28, 2020). Larry Andrews actually revised, modified the invoice from August 28, after I complained.

  • I called Andrews Mechanical Thursday morning 3/18 as my hot water tank died on my Wednesday night. They promised me same-day service. Later in the afternoon, when I called for an update on the time they would be at my home, I was told they encountered a problem with the service before mine. And they asked if I could reschedule for the next day. After letting them know I had surgery the next day and I would like to take a hot shower before surgery, they were amazing and made sure their tech would be there that day. The office called me several times to keep me updated. The hot water tank was installed that day (even after they had to make special arrangements to keep me on the schedule). I have never been more happy with a service as I am with this company. Being a homeowner of an older home, I have made several appointments with service providers, and I need to say, Andrew Mechanical, Inc. ranks at the top for service and product.

  • Have provided maintenance on our industrial-capacity boilers for over ten years, excellent service and proficient technicians.

  • These people will take advantage of you, do not go here. They don’t know what they’re doing and are bullies. I hired them on a recommendation of a friend, not only did they not do the job right, they refused to come back and fix it free of charge. Proceeded to bully and harass me over the phone and also threaten to take me to court if I didn’t pay them. They will lie through their teeth, do not believe a word they say and do not give them your business
