Since Kelvin and Ray took care of the wiring, circuit panel, lights, fixtures, wiring for the hot water heater...we have had no issues. They definitely saved our house from burning down to the ground! I had to call Epic since to have them take care of our dryer vent line. Again, another superb job! Thank you Jason! Add to that Syrus came out to service our hot water heater, parts had to be replaced on it, Syrus let me know it looks brand new even though its nearly 6 years old. Another fantastic job!!! • Poor customer service, a dispatcher who calls late sunday night and try to blame you for them not calling sooner, and the owner has no interest in making potential customers feel confident in their services. **I cannot reply to their response. However, there was no initial call, they are continuing to make excuses blaming our damage caused by a tree which did not interfere with the electric work they needed to complete. And the electrician never arrived even after they rescheduled his second visit. think twice before using this company.
