• Worked with provision to install a new HVAC system in our house. Work with vitaliy which is the owner of provision. He is extremely knowledgeable on his products. We Purchased a trane high efficiency furnace. To our surprise he was a lot less expensive than the competition in Spokane. His install technician Robert did a fantastic job of the install. Robert also is very knowledgeable on the products they install. He did a absolute beautiful job of installing our HVAC system. He also took the time to install a new thermostat and show us how to use it and how to set it up. He ran the heat pump and our furnace through all the modes and thoroughly checked everything out. Including the heat differentials and cooling differentials. I would highly recommend provision to anybody looking for a new HVAC system. They also do service work

• Received the “run around” from another company that installed my HVAC system and a buddy referred me to Provision Heating and Air. Called Vitali at 5:40PM. I explained the situation. He talked me through the process and scheduled a troubleshooting appt for 9:30 Am the next day. Called me back later that evening to inform me they had an opening at 8:00AM. Brian showed up promptly the next day and troubleshot the problem. He spent time explaining the issue and options, and ordered the part. The company promptly processed and received warranty approval. Brian drove into town to pick up part and returned to install the part with no issues. I had lots of questions and both Vitali (Owner) and Brian, were extremely patient and answered all of my questions. My system was back up and runn in 21 hours since my initial call which is incredibly efficient. Labor rate was extremely reasonable and they left the job site better than they found it. From now on, they will have my business and I will refer everyone I know to do the same. Exceptional company to deal with!

• Vitaliy and the team at Provision Heating & Air did an amazing job with our new HVAC system. 1. Vitaliy came out to our house and gave us quotes for several different options. From expensive brand new systems to value engineered repairs. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He never once tried to up sell us on unnecessary upgrades and came across as helpful, honest, and professional. 2. We agreed to do a full system replacement with the understanding that we had a short window to get the installation done. Vitaliy committed to it, moved some things around, and the entire system was installed, tested, and inspected by LNI within a week. 3. The team that did the installation was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They left nothing undone and the whole process took little more than a single day. The inspection passed with flying colors on the first shot. The system is performing beautifully and we couldn't be happier.
