• Told us confidently that my fridge needed a $400 replacement part, I paid the deposit and the day they show up with the part, they try to get us to pay over $1,200. Most ridiculous price gouging I’ve ever seen, that’s more than the fridge cost new. They can keep one star because they will be refunding my deposit.

He inspected the machine and due to the cost of repair and age of the machine he recommended the best course of action would be to not repair but replace the entire machine. • Would leave 0 stars if option. Scam of a company. Guy came out, didn’t speak English, tore my dryer apart for 2 hrs, didn’t know what was wrong, then an hour later said “it might” be a sensor and if not to clean the vent (typed on his phone) and it would be $200. When I asked how he knew the sensor was the problem, couldn’t give an answer. Called the office, asked for more info. Didn’t get that but got an invoice for $338. I said that wasn’t what he quoted me and that I still don’t even know what he was “fixing.” She said well there was a translation issue. I said no, he typed out $200 on his phone. Never got another response and never got to speak to a manager as requested. Just another invoice for the same amount. Never got an itemized bill either explaining what was done. He came back up, said have a nice day and left without any explanation. This company is a fraud and should be reported to the BBB. Now I’m afraid to use my dryer for fear of what he did or didn’t do. I’m in tears over being scammed and thought it was good because of 90 reviews but they must have been paid for reviews. Hoping this saves another person from my mistake. Edit**** The owner quickly reached out after seeing my review. He apologized and offered to make it right by offering a refund or to have another technician make it right. I appreciate how kind he was during this process and shows how much he cares about his business.

• After two times of attempting to repair my heat pump, I was left with "just get a new fuse, the next one should last longer". A part was replaced in the furnace that was most likely not bad and refrigerant was added to the system that wasn't needed (ended up needed to be completely removed and replaced). Not really sure the guy had any idea what he was doing and didn't communicate well what he did/didn't do. Left my heat pump in exactly the same broken condition he arrived to it in.

• Sorry, we could not communicate, no eye contact. Tested temperature called someone, pulled fridge out, looked in back, nothing else. Someone sent a message he had my husband read off the phone that said possibly compressor. But fridge is fine, makes ice cubes in freezer but thaws. Did not check circuit board. We gave him a $100 bill and he left. Sorry it did not get completed. Not even a call from someone that could talk to us. Bummed

• Our fridge broke suddenly and on a Sunday I called and Vladimir came out to check same day. Price was reasonable at under $300 total, later Sunday evening Vladimir asked if he could come back and fix the fridge same day!! • Discourage hiring them. DO NOT recommend for business. Find someone ethical & transparent for all your needs. Unprofessional & unethical owner Vladmir and technicians (Ivan & Alex) that over charge. They are horrible at communication and give false timelines. They said 1 -2 days initially ... it took 3 days just to get a part and they didn't let me know, I had to reach out and ask what was happening. Timelines change and I get that but, it is the businesses responsibility to communicate with the client of any changes. The technicians use Google, AI and Youtube to learn how to diagnose and fix your fridge. They came up with the same answers I came up with myself to troubleshoot my fridge. They had no idea where to start to diagnose the problem. When they put it back together they left a component of the freezer outside and I had to find a youtube for one of them to teach them how to put it back together. The work is a one person job with an hour max of labor and usually quoted at around $200. They charged me over $400 for their "service". One technician did nothing except watch the other technician work. I was present the whole time. It is safe to assume that excessive fee included both of their wages. The invoice was also not clear or detailed showing the breakdown of costs for parts, labor , service call etc. Just a generic invoice with a flat fee. They don't tell you and don't give you an option but they use Amazon $30 parts instead of OEM parts that cost $100 and make you believe they are giving you OEM parts for your appliance. They over charge for simple fixes as well as the new part. Also, they attempt to take your broken part without your consent. It was not an accident, they took the old part intentionally because when asked why they took my broken part the technician laughed and got defensive and asked me why I wanted my part back. What an odd question to ask unless you planned on keeping my old part. Also, very weird they took it in the first place. They may have done this stuff before because it took 5 days to finally get my old part back. I received so many excuses before then and when I contacted the owner, there was no accountability, no professionalism just "ok" as his responses. They also told me to come pick up my old part from them yet they are the ones that took it in the first place. I have gotten work done by other contractors and never have my old appliance parts been taken without permission or asked why I want to keep them. Also, when told it will get fixed with an original part it usually is original not an Amazon part. This is unethical businesss behavior and the owner did not apologize nor try to resolve the issue professionally. They were also speaking and they failed to realize I understood them when they said this fix was quick easy money for them. I hired them through Home Depot pros but, beware and choose wisely. Take your business elsewhere if possible. I got taken advantage of and don't want any other women or people to also be taken advantage of by unethical behavior. Take your money to a transparent local business instead.
