• I'm a little unsure how to write this review. While I think trademark is a good company and the tech that came out to do the job was great, the quote they gave me is quoting refrigerant at 20 times the cost of what most places sell it for. They quoted over $800 for 4 lbs of r410a which put their total refridgerant charge over $2600 (4lbs*3) . You can go down to a local supply and pick up 25lbs for around $250. I had trademark install my mini splits back in 2021 and they were reasonable then-- price wise. My coworkers told me not to use them because they were are overcharging. I didn't believe them because of my experience in 2021. Come to find out the company was sold and now their prices are a lot higher. This isn't a complaint. Its just something that people should know so they can make a informed decision. This is not a reflection on the tech that came out. He was great, and if I didn't work with hvac techs at work I probably wouldn't know how badly they were overcharging.

• Trademark Mechanical just performed annual maintenance on our originally installed 19 year old natural gas furnace, hot water heater and recently installed heat pump. Ken (the service technician) serviced the gear professionally, and quickly. Ken’s Customer Service friendliness and interaction was the best. We also asked for an estimate to replace the aged furnace. Nick stopped by later the same day, inspected the equipment, checked on the documented homes’ heat and air conditioning flow levels to ensure he recommended and quoted the right furnace replacement unique for our home and that is compatible with the heat pump. We approved the quote and scheduled the installation to take place the next day. Our experience with Trademark’s Maintenance Technician and new equipment Comfort Advisor was positive. We highly recommend Trademark Mechanical for your heating and air conditioning equipment maintenance and installation needs for your home!

• Excellent customer service, wonderful technician who went above and beyond checking our unit. When we bought our home we knew the hvac would need to be replaced soon, it was 27 years old(I know). Had issues with the a/c and called trademark. When the tech came out he looked over everything and said even though it was extremely old there wasn't anything he could find wrong. After a longer more in-depth convo about replacing he asked if he could check out the gas furnace downstairs. We actually had a big problem that could have been dangerous in the winter, a crack in the exchange with gas. I don't play around with carbon monoxide. He made sure we understood that he can't tell if it's all the way through but advised against using it this winter. We asked for an appointment for a quote and had someone there the next day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and didn't try to over sell us. The install crew was also amazing, curious, respectful of our home and kept us informed at all times. So far everything is running great and honestly we a more than pleased with the company so far.
