  • I spoke to a sales person about wood stoves. She was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Answered all my questions.

  • Mitch and Troy did a GREAT job today installing my new Q-F CB-1200-C pellet stove. They are professional, courteous, efficient and experienced in what they do, and came with a friendly and positive attitude. Falco's is fortunate to have them as part of their installation team. Well done, guys !! :)

  • Grant, Jim and I wish to thank you for your personal attention to our unique situation. Falco’s was amazing with their communication, scheduling, and service in dealing with our chimeny fireplace damage that happened from a tree falling on our home. You took an impossible situation of an old woodstove that had four-sided river rock stone walls built around it and created a beautiful fireplace without disrupting the structure. Grants professional experience in explaining the dynamics to the insurance company provided full financial recovery to install the new chimney, fireplace box, glass doors, and structured an amazing see-through fireplace. We are so glad we put our trust in Falco’s. Grant, you have a great team of people. Jim and I would highly recommend Falco’s all for your fireplace, heating and cooling needs. You won’t be disappointed.

  • Wonderful customer service. We’ve purchased fireplaces and use them for regular maintenance.

  • Very helpful people, got exactly what I needed, thanks.

  • Called and called for a service call. 4 days later I got a call. Our gas fireplace was not installed by Falco so we didn’t get priority. Then the earliest appointment was 2-3 weeks out. Hard pass!

  • I got an enviro gas insert fireplace from falcos and it just never worked right. The service guy would come out and find something to fix I.e. remote battery but it’d stop working within a week or two. They kept coming back for free repairs and eventually the service manager himself came and took the whole thing apart bit by bit until he found the problem. This winter, I’ve never had to worry about my fireplace quitting on me. We even got to use it to keep the house warm during our power outage. I’m so grateful I get to enjoy my fireplace now. Thanks to falcos service department for not giving up on me.

  • Falco's sales representative, Josh Alfrey, is outstanding to work with. We went into the showroom thinking we wanted a specific gas fireplace we had seen online, and Josh answered all of our questions while also showing us other models. He spent a great deal of time letting us pick his brain, and we ended up going with an entirely different brand and model, and we couldn't be happier. He is prompt, professional, and worked quickly with our contractor answering same-day emails and putting things together. Definitely ask for Josh if you head in there.

  • Love my new fireplace... But customer service was inefficient... Over a month for delivery when promised 10 days!

  • Several years ago, we purchased a new insert for our living room fireplace. Loved it the first year. Had an appointment to have it serviced, and I noted that one of the bulbs in the base lighting under the glass was burned out. The “technician“ said it was a hassle and “way too expensive” to change the bulb. He suggested I just leave the base lighting off and he’d look at it the next year. I conceded. Then last year, the same “technician“ came to service the fireplace. I noted the light bulb once again, and he said he didn’t have time, and it would be too expensive. Additionally, when everything was done with the service, the flame was only on the left side. Fast-forward to yesterday….dreaded the service visit. BUT…Collin showed up (not the technician from the previous two years) I was delighted!! I explained what had happened previously. Collin did a fantastic job servicing the fireplace yesterday. HE told me that there were a couple of bulbs out. I explained that they’ve been out for two years. He quickly took it apart and replaced the bulbs, adjusted the flame, shrugged his shoulders and said “no big deal”! He was very apologetic for something that is clearly not his fault. But, his professionalism and customer service far far outweigh the previous two years. This morning I’m looking at a fireplace that looks like new! Thank you, thank you thank you to COLLIN! My faith in Falco has been restored!

  • We noticed, shortly after we moved into our home in Twin Bridges, a gas leak. It was determined by the Avista technician to be coming from our fireplace. A close friend recommended Falco's. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and the wait time was very acceptable. The day of the appointment our technician, Joel, arrived in timely manner. He was very cordial and professional. His approach to the problem was exceptionally thorough and he was clear with us as to the problem including an additional cost which would have been impossible to have diagnosed without doing the diagnostic approach he employed. The scheduling coordinator was very clear as to the likely cost for this type of call but noted the final cost would be determined by the solution cost as determined at this visit. Every step including the first contact was absolutely top notch! Not only was the problem rectified but an additional issue which was ascertained by Joel's thorough approach was fixed at this appointment. We have already put on our schedule another service appointment reminder for next year. If you need servicing for your fireplace (ours is gas) I would strongly advise you to look no further than Falco's. If a service appointment for an appliance, in addition to being thorough, was also rated for cordiality and professionalism Falco's and Joel would be 5 star! Mt only disappointment was that I couldn't rate them higher! Absolutely terrific service! Dr. Scott Williams

  • We recently had two 20-year-old fireplaces serviced by Falco’s and the whole experience was excellent. From the first phone call to the in-home service, every employee was polite and professional. Sebastian did an incredible job. Our fireplaces look new again! He went above and beyond by adjusting some wiring and fixing a small thermostat issue. He also gave us honest, helpful suggestions for maintaining our units. I would highly recommend Falco’s for fireplace service. You’ll be in good hands.

  • I have been having soot on my siding for the last few years from the gas fireplace Falco's installed for me. I took pictures a couple years ago and sent them to the service manager. He told me that was the way it was suppose to be. I have cleaned the siding myself or hired someone to power wash it for me. I I have it serviced by Falco's. I did the Preventive maintenance Oct. 23, 2024, just like I have in the past. After the Preventive Maintenance this year the soot was the worst I have eve seen . This year I took pictures and sent them to "Frost Fire Service" and asked if that was normal. He replied immediately and and said absolutely not. I made an appointment for him to come to my home. In fact I showed those pictures to my 101 year old dad and he took one look at it and said "Incomplete combustion". The owner of Frost Fire Service said, "your dad is right." He took my fireplace apart and showed me several things they missed or were doing wrong in their Preventive maintenance. Among other things: This is from Frost Fire's Annual Service and Cleaning: REPAIRED ELECTRODE SPARK CABLE END GASKET ON BOTTOM OF BURNER AT VENTURI TUBE, ADJUSTED MANIFOLD PRESURE AS IT WAS TO HIGH AT 4.9-IN WATER COLUMN, AND PROPERLY POSITIONED He also noted Because they did not use "BEST BUILDING PRACTICES WOULD HAVE HAD THIS TERMINAL CAP INSTALLED 24-IN BELOW THE VINYL SOFFIT INSTEAD OF 18-IN ESPECIALLY SEEING HOW THE NEAREST VENTILATION SOURCE IS 28-IN FROM CENTER OF CAP. He also suggested' "A VINYL SIDING STANDOFF ON THE EXHAUST TERMINAL SHOULD BE CONSIDERED". since it wasn't installed properly to begin with. I once more took pictures and the invoice with everything explained to FALCO's. I just wanted them to remove the soot this year because it was so bad and the tech caused problem.. Without looking at all the pictures I had or even coming to my home to look at it the service manager said it wasn't their responsibility. He said I should have called sooner. I clean the siding every year so there was nothing to see until after the stove was started and it accumulated like it did every year. The only time I am out where the soot is it is when I put my AC cover on in the fall and take it off in the spring. I turn off the gas fireplace every spring and have them service and start it in the fall In fact right after the service was done by them I called thinking the flame was too high. They emphasized it was done properly and if the service man came back there would be another service charge. I cancelled the appointment I made to have him come back because their answer is always "that's the way it is suppose to be and it was done right." Didn't need another $200.00+ service call. I notice a lot of other people have the same reaction from Falco's. All I was asking from Falcos was for them to clean the soot mess their tech created. I didn't want anything else. . i just want them to send someone out to clean my siding and soffit. There was a silver ling to this mess. I found Ryan the owner of "Frost Fire Service" that cares about the customer and does a thorough job for Preventive maintenance. I watched him just as I have watched Falco's tech. They were in and out and checked boxes they did things they didn't. I was a loyal customer for over 30 years with Falco's. We loved their nursery and they installed a free standing gas fireplace for us before. We got parts from them "thermo something". The pictures show all the soot on the side of the house and soffit, the soot on the windows of the fireplace that accumulated in just 6 months. It shows debris that shouldn't be there. burn from gasket that needed replace that should have been noticed. How the logs were placed by Falco and how they should of been place to avoid covering up "air holes?"

  • Our AC began to give us issues, so we reached out to Falco’s. Brandon and Mitch were dispatched in a timely manner to evaluate our system. Grant worked tirelessly to get us the best quote possible, and the correct unit for the size of our home. We agreed on a new system and they were back in a week to get our unit installed and running.”just in time”. Mitch and Deakin the technicians are awesome. They explained everything they were doing the entire day. Loved having them in our home , they are very professional and diligent in their work. By the end of the day our house was cool again. We couldn’t be more pleased. Very happy with the decision to use Falco’s!! Great experience! Thanks very much Tina and Allan Simpson Liberty Lake

  • I purchased a Napolean grill a few years ago and sadly, it needed such a deep clean. Daniel came out and cleaned it, showing me how to do it, giving me time to take notes, and not being bothered at my many questions. I'm not a grill pro and natural gas makes me a bit nervous so I wanted to make sure I was doing things correctly. He gave me great tips which result in my feeling confident going forward. His knowledge is great, but his interaction with his customers was even better!

  • Falcon’s is amazing! The sales staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. The gentleman that came and installed our custom surround fireplace was professional and helpful. I would recommend Falco’s when purchasing a new gas stove/fireplace to anyone!

  • I had a service tech, Anthony Smith, who came out to service an electric fireplace. I could not possibly say enough to express how impressed I was by him & the service he gave. Truly exceptional!

  • We purchased two fireplace gas inserts from Falco’s. They are awesome, so glad we bought them . Anna and Duane were great to deal with. Highly recommend this company and their products. Great customer service.

  • I recently had Falco’s fix my gas fireplace. There was a misunderstanding on the work done and the expectation for what was needed. They worked tirelessly to ensure my needs and satisfaction was heir utmost importance. I felt heard and appreciated as a paying customer. I was on the edge of leaving them for good, but they came around in an unexpected way to show how much they care about their customers individually.

    Allen W.

  • I love Falco’s! They are the best! From the sales people to the install crews. Everyone there understands how to provide great customer service! Don’t take your business anywhere else.

  • Falcos Technician Jeremy came out and looked at my broken fireplace, 30 years old and an outdated model. He was able to get it running within an hour! When I scheduled , the guys in the service department were very helpful and good at explaining to me all the technical stuff I didn’t understand. I got scheduled within a week. Decent price too. No complaints, would recommend to anyone.

  • Faclos installed my wood burning insert and chimney liner last year and I loved it so much, I had them out again this week to install another in my basement fireplace. Mitch and Deakin installed everything with no fuss, cleaned up everything when they were done, and walked me through operation of this new model. Absolutely hassle free and top notch work.

    Matt S.

  • We just bought an Enviro gas stove for our main floor. This is the second stove we bought from them. Our first was a Blaze King wood stove in our previous home several years ago. Falcos installed both units. We're very happy with the quality of the installation crew, as well as the sales experience. They also removed an old wood insert, and treated our home with great care throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.
