STAY CLEAR OF THIS UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY! A plumber tried to take advantage of us during an emergency. They quoted us nearly $30K to fix a break in our main swear drain, claiming it had collapsed and that other sections were cracked. They insisted we would need to excavate the yard at the break, access a Y-joint in the garage, and line the entire pipe. We got a second opinion, and they discovered the drain was simply obstructed. They showed us video footage of a bright orange communications conduit that had been bored straight through our main line, and they advised us to contact the city immediately. While we were in the middle of calling the city, the original company called back and suddenly dropped their price to just below $17K. While they might be okay for a quick, basic clog, stay far away beyond that—and always get a second opinion! Check out my other reviews on who I would trust to come out again. Keep in mind they also come out as Whipple, too.
