I've used Lucas HVAC for 14 years and always have great honest service. Our air handler went out during the night. I called them at 8AM, technician was here by 8:45AM. They found the part I needed, picked it up in Carollton and had me up and running by 1PM. I highly recommend this company.

On 7/31 around 6:00 PM heading eastbound on Highway 201, a driver in a Lucas Heating and Air vehicle was aggressively tailgating me and other drivers. When they finally passed, the driver gave an aggressive, confrontational look. How someone drives a company vehicle with their business name plastered on the side says a lot about their culture and respect for others. If this is how they act in public when representing the brand, I certainly wouldn't trust them to be professional, respectful, or honest inside my home. I’d advise looking elsewhere for HVAC service.

These guys were amazing. I contacted them for a HVAC install on Thursday before the Memorial day holiday weekend. They came out same day to look at the job. I was on a fairly tight budget and timeline, so I had them quote 3 scenarios. 1 was to add AC to existing furnace, 2 was to add AC to exciting furnace while servicing the old equipment, 3 was just replace and install all new equipment. There was zero pressure to upsale on my choice. They simply provided an up front quote on all 3 options. The prices were much better than I anticipated, as such I had them install the entire system. And they did it the day after I gave them the green light ! I am amazed and highly recommend Lucas for your HVAC needs.

Marco and Gonzalo came out to clean my air ducts, and they were professional, courteous, and thorough. They identified airflow issues upstairs and provided helpful recommendations. I worked with Alexa who coordinated my appointment and is assisting me with my options to fix it based on the technicians observations. Even though my appointment was asked to be moved to accommodate larger jobs, she kept me informed, remained professional, and was able to have the technicians come out sooner than expected which worked out for me. While this wasn’t a major service call, it was an important one, and I truly appreciated that my home and concerns were treated with care and importance. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service. I really appreciate these individuals that I worked with, it made for a great experience.

We are replacing our forced-air system with minisplits (because our house is very old and forced-air can't keep up). Lucas had a competitive price and the team was great to work with. There was some miscommunication about the visual impact at first, but they were willing to come up with a solution and worked to make it happen! Amazing work, and great demonstration of responsibility and cooperation. I highly recommend working with them.
