Dave and team came installed a new AC & furnace for us. Super responsive when providing the estimate and answering all our questions. We were able to squeak one last season out of the old unit with some DIY, thanks to the helpful info from Dave’s YouTube videos. I was so happy to see that his company was located in Salt Lake and could help us out with a new system. Glad there are still some locally owned HVAC companies providing good service! If you’re looking an HVAC company that actually cares about their customers, this is it!

EDIT 11/19/2024 Since my last review, Dave has replaced two additional systems for my relatives. He is an awesome guy who does quality HVAC work! His company does a significantly better job than the big name super expensive companies. We will keep using and recommending Stojic Maintenance and Repair as they've been nothing but awesome to work with! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Dave was super awesome to work with! He helped us replace our aging 43-year old air conditioner that had to be removed due to a refrigerant incompatibility with my brand new furnace that was installed in March. He helped us pick up our new 2.5 Ton 14.3 SEER2 unit at the Goodman dealer in Salt Lake City. After, he showed up at our house to install the unit. We ran into an issue where the existing 2 ton 3/4" lineset was too small, so he promptly picked up a 50 foot long 7/8" lineset that is compatible with the new unit. He got it installed, and ran it down the side of our house. He let us know that while it still could be installed with a 3/4" lineset, we would have performance issues if we didn't get the new one. It also helped having a brand-new lineset installed, so no worries about leaks of any sort. He was very kind and helpful, and got the job finished quickly, and everything is up and running very well. Use him for your HVAC needs, since he is very transparent about pricing, doesn't do huge parts markups like big companies, and his rates are super competitive. It also makes me happy knowing that the costs are going towards a great guy's local company, and not some huge company trying to make huge profits off of customers. He does great work, and our install looks excellent, and was a definite step above what the company that installed our furnace did. Everything is tidy and well done. We will be using him for our future HVAC needs.
