Great help from Kurt, Kurt, Rich and Alvin. They were kind and conscientious. Originally we thought our AC was on the fritz (which was just a fluke electrical problem that comes into play later) which was a blessing in disguise because turns out our furnace was unsafe. Kurt #1 talked me through the whole deal and asked if we wanted to shop around or if we wanted someone from their company to come show us options. Which felt like a big deal, not trying to lock us into using their company. We did ask for them to come show us and Rich came by later that day to go over purchase options. He was very kind and patient and asked when I wanted it installed. Alvin and Kurt #2 came right when they said they would and patiently worked with a 3rd party electrician to get the whole house figured out from our original problem. They made sure everything was working right and that I knew how to use the new thermostat. Hard workers for sure.

Paige and Kurt were awesome! Paige explained the findings in an understandable manner. This is really silly but it’s kind of a big deal…they had to remove a bifold door in order to change the furnace filter. My husband never can get it right and complains every time! They got it off and on the first time!! Paige and Kurt are very good at their trade. Thank you True Pros 😊
