Of course our A/C went down the late evening of 4th of July. I put in a request through Elevate Homescription the next morning and they had Zephyr over same day on a holiday weekend. Zephyr was great! I submitted a request for service for my air conditioner on their website at 2:00am. A confirmation came back immediately. Sean called to confirm personally between 8-9am. I told him about my air conditioner, it's current problem, and that it is a very, very old unit. I also explained that money is tight and if a fix instead of a replacement was possible, I would much prefer that. Sean came to my house and found that a capacitor could be replaced and, regarding the expense for a new air conditioner, he told me I could "kick that can down the road" for another time. 😄😁😉 I greatly appreciate Sean's quick response, honesty, and accommodation.
