We have been using Air Design H&C for over 11 years, and we couldn't be happier with their service. Our technician Sean B is courteous, thorough, and honest. We've never felt over-charged or taken advantage of. We have bi-annual service and they call us to schedule, so we don't even have to think about it. We highly recommend this team of professionals.

Air Design Heating and Cooling has serviced are furnace and air conditioner for several years now. They come every spring and fall to do an inspection, bring a new filter (if needed) and make sure everything is in working order. The service fee is very reasonable and I feel better just knowing all is good. The service guy is efficient, always friendly and answers any questions or concerns I may have. Thanks Andy!

These guys are great. We have had an annual maintenance contract with them for several years and they are always prompt and professional. We recently had an issue with our AC and they spent time diagnosing the exact issue. It did turn out to be a major repair but they had our system up and going the next morning and the repair costs were fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. Had these guys out again for fall furnace check up. They caught an issue and resolved so we can be toasty warm this winter.

Sean was awesome. I had him come out for a second opinion on a replacement. After a thorough inspection, he confirmed replacement was not needed and there was no immediate emergency, as the previous company had stated. Sean could have got me for a bunch of parts or a total furnace replacement as the previous company had quoted, but didn’t. He was honest and upfront about issues he found and confirmed there was no CO2 emergency. Highly recommend Sean and Air Design.

Me and my wife bought a new house and when we moved in we were hearing weird sounds coming from the range hood and we thought it was a bird. Tomasi was excellent and he made sure that there was nothing wrong with range hood and nothing is in the range hood and it was just the sound of the flaps due to the strong winds that we are facing currently in Herriman.

My furnace was not turning on going into the weekend with temperatures dropping. My children spent a night complaining about being cold. I contacted Air Design Heating and Cooling to come out on an emergency response on a Saturday. A tech, Jordan, showed up shortly after. He was super professional and respectful. He had booties for his shoes to not track any dirt in. He took the time to listen to the issues. He thoroughly inspected my furnace, identified the issues, and fixed my furnace. He took the time to explain the issues he identified and what he did to fix them. He ran a few tests and inspected my system to ensure everything was firing right. He also offered great advice to help me keep my system running smoothly. I was very impressed and appreciative of his service.
