Napoleon and Xavier installed a couple of heat pumps and a furnace for us today. They did a fantastic job. I asked our sales guy to send the A team for install and they delivered! They did a quality job, answered my questions and I had a lot of them, and provided solutions when we unexpectedly needed to route a couple of long wires through our house. I will ask for these guys by name next time I need help with my HVAC system. Jason was our sales guy and I’ve worked with him a couple of times now. I appreciate his collaboration in finding the right system for our home and explaining how the system works and pros and cons- highly recommend Jason too.
