• Jack came out because one of my air conditioners went down and he told me the unfortunate news the compressor went and the unit was 14 years old and it wasn’t worth just replacing the compressor so I did agree with him to replace the whole unit They were here within a few days and Braxton came out as the technician did an excellent and professional job the whole day and then came back the following morning just to finish some touchups because he is such a professional. I highly recommend this company for your AC issues.

• This company has been my landlords go to for years. Every time I have an issue they send someone out quickly and get the job done in a very timely fashion. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Logan came out last week and realized I needed a whole new unit but it would be a few days before one could be installed. He didn't want my family to be uncomfortable so he used a box fan in order to get my AC going until they were able to come out and install a new unit. It actually worked great and I was really impressed with his know how and the fact that he cared enough to make it work so we could have some relief. The two gentleman that came out today to install the new unit, Mike and Cam, did it a lot faster than I expected. Both were really great and even replaced my carbon monoxide detector for me. I couldn't ask for a better team to help in this 90 degree weather. It's hard to find businesses who put their customers first and this is one that does exactly that. I highly recommend this company!

• We have been using All Year Cooling & Heating for the last 12 years and the service has always been excellent. This past weekend our A/C went out as the compressor was not working. I called the office on Sunday morning before 8AM and left a message that our A/C was out. Within a few minutes I received a call from Jason that Logan would be at our home between 10AM and 12 Noon. Logan called around 9:30 and said he'd be there in 10 minutes. He was at our home around 9:40 and had the A/C fixed within 30 minutes. Logan was very courteous and explained that the capacitor needed to be replaced. In our experience with All Year, everyone and their service has been the best!

• We hired All Year to do a full system replacement including all new duct work. We really enjoyed working with everyone who pitched in on the job. While taking quotes and researching systems Alex was super responsive and very open to all our questions and requests for changes. Jason Ray was diligent in making sure that everything was working as it should be and that we were happy with all facets of the install. John and Cameron were the main guys doing the work on the installation and again were diligent and took care to make sure it was all done right. We did have some issues due to a manufacturer failure / recall but Alex made sure we got all that sorted we're very happy with the end result. Great local company. Highly recommended!

• Do not use this company! Here’s why not even a year ago we had a new AC system put into our house since day one they’ve had to come out throw parts at it cost me even more money. My problem still isn’t fixed first. They told me I needed a circuit board then it was thermostats then it was all the wiring needs to be replaced. They sent three different people still didn’t fix the problem. Last time they showed up here. They said all the wiring was backwards, but I still needed a new motherboard all the thermostats cause I had smart thermostats. They put in old school thermostats cause they said it was the problem but Today my house is set at 74° but the AC continues to run and it has brought my house down to 60° in this heat midday. My floors are like ice. I do not have the money to keep throwing at this new install because they are incompetent they are screwing over a combat wounded veteran. My dehumidifier humidifier that was in my system was also removed and never reinstalled now they don’t have any of the parts that they took and they are just ignoring this. The first time I put this review up the owner called me begging me to tear it down. I’m screwing up his reputation well, sir you are screwing up your reputation by screwing over a combat veteran. I will not be taking this down.

• I had an excellent experience with Junior, who is one of the service technicians. He phoned me ahead of the appointment and asked if he could stop by earlier than scheduled. When he arrived he examined the problem that I described when I called in for service. Junior explained and showed me that the water leak I was experiencing was not caused by my HVAC system but clearly was a roof leak issue. I would recommend Junior highly. • We hired All-Year Heating and Cooling in Kernersville to install a new dual-fuel (gas/electric) heat pump system for approximately $8,000–$9,000. After installation, we had ongoing issues with the system not cooling properly. When we called for service, we were told the solution was to add another zone for about $2,000, and that the system was otherwise fine. I also specifically asked about the air filter and was told it either had been changed or did not need changing. This winter, the system again could not maintain temperature, so we hired another HVAC company for a second opinion. That technician found multiple issues: • The heat pump was connected to the existing system using duct tape instead of proper ductwork, restricting airflow. • Sections of ductwork were pinched or coming apart. • The air filter was extremely dirty and should have been changed. Once the clogged filter was removed, the system was able to reach temperature. It is concerning that we were advised to spend more money on additional work when basic installation and maintenance issues were preventing the system from functioning properly. When you pay for a new HVAC system, you should not have to later discover workmanship problems or missed fundamentals. We were disappointed with both the quality of the installation and the service recommendations, and ultimately had to bring in another company to correct the issues. Posting this so others know to ask detailed questions and consider getting a second opinion.
