They worked with us to get a new water heater, as ours was old, and get everything hooked up plus a couple of other things that we’ve been putting off until another home project in the future. • My experience with this company was a rollercoaster ride. To start, Sergio cam out to look at the damage and give us a quote for our busted water heater. He was great, talked me through everything and answered any questions I had. Then Xavier and Austin came out and replaced our water heater and thats when we went downhill, but I digress, Ryan, field officer, came out to check out the newly installed water heater and he was phenomenal. He was very transparent about his employees (previously mentioned) not installing the heater correctly. He took accountability for the issues we had post-installment, such as a gas leak (that xavier said "sometimes it just happens"). He repaired the issues we had with the water heater installment, he answered questions about what was new/old, what we should expect, and he told us that the water heater should pass inspection now (because it would have failed inspection with the way that xavier and austin installed it). I am very grateful that Ryan came out and fixed the issues with the water heater installment, I feel much better knowing that it was done correctly. But everyone loses one star (but sergio) because they dont knock/ring if the garage is open, maybe that's my b, but I would've liked for a warning before work starts in my garage.

• The technician was a professional who Tried to balance my needs while keeping his company's interest In mine, for a win-win situation. Unfortunately , my house is old And was built differently so needs more than just a snaking out, and because of my budget , there was nothing else he could do, but I really appreciate the effort he put out because he worked really hard Trying to snake it out, but it was just too clogged up and the way my piping is underneath, I believe it's all gonna have to be replaced, and that's just not in my budget at this time..
