Google wouldn't let me post another review so here's an edit. We needed the Direct Air guys again today after 8 years apparently. Joe showed up super quick and got things diagnosed and repaired for us quickly and professionally. Nothing has changed and we are still extremely happy with the services and products we've received. Will 1000% continue to count on these guys for our HVAC needs. Thanks again! Our air conditioner wasn't keeping up and running constantly so we set up an appointment. Josh arrived exactly at the appointed time and looked things over finding the issues quickly. He then advised me about my options for getting things back up and running properly, we agreed on a course of action and he got it done double quick. I could not be happier with this service experience and would recommend Josh and Direct Air 10 out of 10 times!

9-14-2026 Had a water leak in my main AC unit in the garage so I contacted Direct Air. Josh came out and removed all panels to check for the leak and quickly found one of the pipes was clogged! Problem solved!!! I use Direct Air for my AC and Heating needs and I highly recommend them! Thanks Josh for the great service!

I reached out to Direct Air because my AC unit was struggling to handle the intense heat in Oklahoma. When I called, Lacy was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and informative. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the process stress-free from the very beginning. Eric, the technician who came out, was professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of my grandparents’ questions, explained everything clearly, and treated them with kindness and respect. The team at direct air was wonderful! Lacey in the office took the time and care to ensure everything I booked was correct and appropriate after problems with other companies and Joseph who came to to do the cleaning was incredible. Mini split wasn't heating made a call to Direct Air office which customer service was very helpful and customer serving. They were able to get service scheduled quickly. The technician Eric arrived on time and very knowledgeable with mini split systems and proceeded to diagnose and locate a leak on the system. Eric made the needed repairs and the system is back up and working great. Definitely if any other HVAC repairs are needed I will contact Direct Air.

They replaced our heat and A/C unit; because the heat unit was going to be too costly to replace the control board and it would have to be ordered! They did a good job, but I thought it was somewhat on the higher than I thought it would cost! A major cold front was coming in so we had to get our heater working!

We recently bought a house and the HVAC systems were extremely outdated and we wanted to invert the furnace up into the attic. After having a few companies come out, talk to us, and give us quotes. We decided to go With Direct Air and were not disappointed. Joseph and Scott were wonderful! They were not only very kind. They kept me informed on everything they were doing the entire time! There was also a winter storm coming in the next day. And They worked non stop for 13+ hours to insure that they finished that day! So we wouldn’t have to go without heat! If you are looking for any type of HVAC work to be done, I highly recommend them!!!!
