Suntech has done great work for us. Chandler came out and reviewed our system, took pictures, then reviewed it all with me. He changed out our filters as part of the service as well. The first to ever do that. I much appreciate it. Highly recommend Sun Tech.

Things happen and these guys back their service and products. We had some issues with a new unit and they fixed it in less than 24 hours which included driving 90 miles and back to personally retrieve the part. And did it all no charge. They continually give much lower quotes than the competition and won’t leave you stranded for 7-10 days while some random part “ships” or try to juice you for expedited or emergeny service. There are a lot of shady hvac companies out there that take advantage of the desperation and need for quick service in the extreme Oklahoma temperatures. But these guys aren’t one of them. In fact, they are the opposite of that and lead in customer servie, quality, speed and follow through. You won’t be disappointed if you pic them for your hvac needs.

If I could give this company Suntech Heat & Air a zero, I would. Do not use this company. I deeply regret hiring them, and I wish we had asked a lot more questions before allowing them to do the work. We hired this company because we had 3–5 collapsed pipes on our property. We were told the project would take approximately two weeks. Instead, it took longer, and the work was poorly done. We were essentially their first project of this type, and unfortunately, it felt like our home was used as a learning experience. The damage and problems we have been left with are unacceptable. They installed a filtration system, and now our water smells strongly of sewage. Our hot water is no longer getting hot, and our backyard was left destroyed from the work. They also backed a vehicle into our house and left a large dent in our siding. They broke our toilet lid and never replaced it. To this day, the things they damaged or destroyed have not been replaced or properly repaired. We have contacted them repeatedly about the sewage smell. They came out a couple of times, told us they would return with answers, and it has now been a month with no resolution. Communication has also been extremely poor. We have had to constantly chase them just to get someone to come out and address the problems. When we call, we are repeatedly told that someone is putting in an order or submitting a request, but nothing actually seems to happen. We paid a significant amount of money expecting professional work and a properly functioning system. Instead, we are left with ongoing problems, damage to our home and property, and a company that has been extremely difficult to get to respond. Save your money and find another company. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on our experience.
