• Michael did a wonderful job! he answered all my questions—I had more than I should have—and alerted me to some caution tips on what I should watch out for to prolong the life of the unit. I could not be more pleased with his visit and work . He installed new vents I could not do myself, changed the air filters in all units and found a very small leak in the compressor that could have been easily missed. One unit had stopped working a couple of months ago and he had it back up and running in a very short time. He even pointed out a repair that will need to be done by an electrician and was able to make a temporarily fix on the needed repair. I could not be more pleased with his work. He is a very professional, polite and patient young man.

• Our heater was not working and called ACS. The office scheduled us for the next day but then called back and said the weather is supposed to get really cold so can we come tonight. They trouble shot the issue and found a bad thermostat wire and fixed the problem. They stuck around and made sure everything cycled through a couple times and now everything works perfectly. • Poor customer service. After numerous years (about 10), changed maintenance contract with no notification. I don't fault them for the change but do for not notifying customers as a courtesy. Person answering phone was apathetic at best and attempted to indicate it was my fault for not knowing because I didn't prepay in the fall. ???
