• ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from American Thermal Services! I highly recommend American Thermal Services, especially Jose! I had been dealing with an A/C unit that was not cooling and kept freezing up since August 19th. The previous technician kept giving me the runaround and fixing things that were not the actual problem. I called American Thermal Services on Monday, and Jose came out Tuesday, quickly diagnosed the problem, explained my options, and kept me informed every step of the way. By Thursday, he had installed the necessary part and properly cleaned the evaporator coils—which I discovered had never been properly cleaned by the previous technician. What impressed me most was Jose's professionalism, knowledge, communication, and punctuality. He always texted me when he was on his way and kept me updated throughout the process. I told Jose that he is now my A/C technician for life! I will absolutely call him for all my future A/C needs and recommend American Thermal Services to my family, friends, and anyone who needs honest and reliable A/C service.
