  • Great service, knowledgeable and professional and friendly!

  • Stuart did an outstanding job, installing an indoor gas line to convert our basement furnace from propane to natural gas. He also discovered a leak in our first floor toilet and repaired that during the same visit. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of his work and the speed with which he accomplished it.

  • The technician Alex came on day one. We went over everything to be done the next day . He said he wouldn't be there but he'd taken good notes for the person that was coming the next day. All lies! I told him I would not be home to oversee. He assured me again that every detail was entered into the notes. The next morning when I came home, I had 4 holes in the wall. All because Alex didn't let them know to access the crawl space next to the steps. So simple to type. Go through the crawl space next to the stairs. Wow. Now I have 4 holes in my wall. Not happy at all. 2 spigots and a water line to refrigerator $2700.00. Now I have to pay someone to repair 4 holes in the wall.

  • Poor Accountability and Refusal to Address Property Damage They Caused. I am extremely disappointed with Apollo Home’s handling of a situation involving water damage that occurred following their plumbing work in our home. Approximately 12 days ago, Apollo replaced our water heater and recommended replacing our existing PVC water shutoff valve with a metal one for improved durability. Our original valve was not malfunctioning, but we trusted their recommendation and agreed to the additional work. Yesterday, we discovered visible water damage to the baseboard and carpet near the newly replaced valve. Based on the circumstances, Apollo confirmed the damage appears to have resulted from water released when the pipe was cut during the installation. Apollo sent someone to inspect the valve and a restoration company to check for moisture. No active leak or current moisture was detected. Apollo is now using that finding as justification to refuse both repairs and a mold assessment, despite the visible damage that occurred following their work. The restoration company itself acknowledged that there could be potential mold concerns and that further inspection may be warranted. However, they are limited by what Apollo is willing to authorize and pay for. My issue is not with the restoration company. It is with Apollo Home’s apparent unwillingness to take responsibility for damage associated with its work. The absence of an active leak nearly two weeks later does not erase the damage or answer whether further assessment is appropriate. We trusted Apollo enough to approve additional work they recommended, and now we are left with damaged materials, unanswered questions, and no commitment from the company to make things right. A company’s integrity is demonstrated by how it handles problems, not just how it performs when everything goes right. Apollo Home’s refusal to address this situation has seriously undermined my trust, and I cannot recommend a company that responds to visible property damage this way, especially one THEY are responsible for.

  • Thomas did a fantastic work today. He really save my house from future furnace issues. I will always recommend him

  • Dallas came to my house today to fix a couple of tiles that were sort of tricky. I didn’t think it was possible to fix my issue as uneven flooring and a dishwasher was in the way. After some brainstorming Dallas fixed my issue and did a wonderful job.

  • Kyle was super helpful and very knowledgeable! Great service!

  • I had Apollo Home out to inspect a basement circuit that wasn'tworking and as part of the overall review, found that the outside electrical box had pulled away from my house over time, allowing moisture to infiltrate the basement circuit breaker box. Corrosion damage was present and I decided to move forward with a complete changeout of all boxes due to the major safety issue. Aaron, Tyler, and team spent a long day completing the project, having an inspection done by the county, and having Duke Energy reinstate the power. They also reran the line I originally had issues with and replaced the switches and outlets. The team was very efficient and meticulous with the installation and walked me through the new equipment very thoroughly. The system works great and I now have piece of mind! Thanks for the excellent job!!!

  • We had 3 companies give estimates. All were roughly the same price. We chose Apollo because we really liked Eric.Siereveld. He’s very knowledgeable, kind, hard working, creative electrician. I felt he truly cared about the project and getting it done correctly. We were never “pressured” into upgrading or choosing what level of service we wanted. We wanted the best job for a fair price and feel we got that with Apollo and Eric. Thank you!
