• Absolutely cannot recommend Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning enough. From start to finish, they went above and beyond for me. They worked with me on the cost, helped me navigate the insurance side of everything, and made the whole process a hell of a lot easier than it could have been. I did a lot of prep myself, and they were still willing to work with me and help get everything across the finish line. They came out today, got the system properly charged, checked everything over, and got it up and running. Dante was knowledgeable, professional, straightforward, and genuinely seemed interested in helping rather than trying to squeeze every possible dollar out of the job. It’s hard to find companies anymore that will actually work with a customer and treat them like a person instead of an invoice number. Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning absolutely earned my business and my recommendation. If you need HVAC work in the Cincinnati area, these are the people I’d call. 10/10.

• We recently had Cinti Heating and Air Conditioning install a split system in our home. We had 2 young men handle the placement and work required to get the system in place and they worked good together. Each was polite and answered any questions/thoughts we may have had at the time. • These guys are amazing! I own my own business and they operate just how I would, putting the customer first. We had our A/C go out a few years ago and called a bigger company that came out fixed it and then it went out a day or two later, even after charging us $400 for the original visit they wanted to charge us a $175 service charge just to come out only two days later. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere, and I’m glad I did! These guys are prompt, polite, efficient, and most of all easy to work with! They also were great about making sure they contacted me about my routine service that I would have forgotten about! Won’t be bringing my business elsewhere ever, if these guys handle it then they’re who I’ll call!

July 22/2026 I received a message on Thurs of last week to let me know my comfort plan had expired but I was still due a service. I purchase a plan where I get 2 maintenance visits a year. One in summer and one going into winter. The cost is very reasonable. They were here on Monday. All the guys are great but I had a newbie this visit. His name was Cameron. A very sweet young man. • My AC had stopped working. Outside temp was in the upper 80s, inside temp was 91 with humidity in the low 70s. Dante arrived day after initial contact as promised to assess & provide estimate. He was personable, thorough, knowledgable & efficient. Furnace/AC replacement was needed, promised for next day & it happened just as promised. Two technicians did the work. I cannot remember their names. They, as well, were punctual, professional & efficient. The owner, Elliot, came day after installation & inspected the work to provide final sign-off. • Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning replaced our system a few years ago. We have an upstairs and a main floor unit in our basement. The new filter design for these units is very efficient and they don’t have to be changed as often as our old ones. We have an annual service contract. They come to check both units and service them twice a year. The technicians are friendly and efficient. Calling to schedule an appointment that’s convenient for me is easy. Their trucks say it all. They are honest, friendly and fair. If you need a new unit or service, these are good people.

• Cincinnati HVAC responded with urgency when my AC went out, the tech was quick to diagnose an issue and gave an approximate cost, but nothing exact noting that we would get final numbers if we moved forward. However, I never received a final quote after trying to confirm. Upon calling, I was reassured that the company would follow up but after reaching out again, I never heard back, most likely due to the busy season. After a second opinion, it turns out there was a misdiagnosis and it was a completely separate issue which was resolved. Everyone who I interacted with was professional and friendly, I think my experience was just down to bad luck, after seeing other experiences.

• To keep it brief - I would caution using these guys. I had a brand new HVAC system installed in Dec ‘24. I tried to keep it local for this replacement. It’s been headache after headache with the system, and while these guys show up every time - the follow through isn’t there. After being without AC due to manufacturer issue for 2 months, they finally installed a new coil and left. I come home, and the unit still is not blowing cold air. I called a new company, and they were here and diagnosed several install issues as well as fixed the AC - 1.5 hour service call, and now I’m enjoying cool air for the first time since early April. While these guys show up and make the calls, I question the efficacy of the work done as it took one man for a new company to find 2-3 issues. Disappointing in that I’m out $500 I didn’t foresee, but glad I have cold air again.
