• Brent has ALWAYS gone above and beyond!!! Years ago we had our air go out on 100 degree day and it was Father’s Day. He came out fixed it. After summer was over we had a new furnace and AC unit installed. Again top notch!! Annual service calls whomever comes out is top notch!! You won’t find a more honest, dependable and reputable company!! Also shout out to Susan who answers the phone, she does a great job asking questions, helps troubleshoot and triages the calls!!! • Our heater died when it was literally 0 degrees outside because of course it did. Brent helped me over the phone after hours to get it working by my non-technical self so my family and I wouldn't freeze overnight. They had a technician out first thing the next morning and we had a new heater put in by the day after. They rearranged their schedules to help me and my family. I'm not one to typically write reviews but I want to make sure that Brent and his team get the feedback they deserve. They're fairly priced, responsive, and every person we dealt with from the receptionist to the technicians were professional and treated us like they cared. I would highly recommend Durbin HVAC for your home heating and cooling needs.

• I'm going to try and be as short as possible, but there are too many good things to say about Durbin H&C! I have lived in my home for 12 years now and have always felt that my HVAC was not installed properly. Even during install (by a different company by the way) the tech person called another tech person to come over and help him. When I asked is there something wrong, he said "nope." So here is why I've always felt it wasn't working properly. During the winter when the heat pump goes into defrost mode the system blows ice-cold air out of the vent in the house. That's not good! The work the heat pump just did with warm air was immediately cancelled by the ice-cold air, so my heat pump ran constantly, and my bill was very high in the winter. So, I have had 3 other companies out over the years to fix it, but "everyone of them", including the installers said, "that's just the way it works." :-) Who's training these people??? So, I decided to ask my parents who they use and they said Durbin H&C and they are nice, professional and knowledgeable people and we haven't had any issues with them for years! So, I called and sure enough Susan was very nice and because of my issue she said I'm going to send the owner of the company out to you, Brent. Well Brent was just as nice, and he FIX MY HEAT PUMP!!!! To make a long story short, :-) the original installer had hooked up a couple of wires wrong (use the wrong colors from outside to inside, duh) and the white wire that gets the signal to turn on the heating elements during defrost mode was wired to the outdoor thermostat. I couldn't believe it, well, yes I could. But not only was the most important function during winter not working these last 12 years, we have missed out on knowing what the temperature is outside all these years right on our thermostat screen and have had to check a weather app or the internet instead. Now all we have to do is look at our thermostat as see it's 21 degrees outside. Fantastic! So, if you need an HVAC company, and don't want problems, or are tired of the problems you have suffered for years, then you need to call Durbin H&C and all your troubles will be gone. REALLY!!!!

• It was a pleasure to deal with a Company that has such a high degree of intergrity. My son-in-law called me to say his AC was not working and the HVAC company he had look at it told him his compreessor was beyond repair and he needed a new unit for $7000. I called Durbin Heating & Cooing. Not only was their recommended replacement 15% less (for a better unit), but after examining our unit closely, Brent Durbin informed me that all the unit needed was a new capacitor. He had it cooling perfectly in a matter of minutes. Durbin had a sale in hand but chose the honest way, the right way to treat a customer and very inexpensively repaired my unit. As Brent Durbin said to me when he left, "this way, I sleep well at night." Durbin Heating & Cooling are good people.

The guys that came out to install our new furnace and AC unit had a big job to do since they were removing a furnace that was 56 years old. They did a GREAT JOB. • I can’t say enough about this company. I have used them for better than 30 years. I have had four homes now and they have been with me with all four. Brent Ryan Mark Charlie are all the best. In this 90° heat today my AC quit last night. Brent had someone here today fixed and the house is cool again. Better yet I had to leave While Ryan was here and thought I would make it back in time before he got finished but he finished with a quick fix, locked my House up and left me a note. • The address attached to the company, is the office, this is not an office that customers can walk into and request services. This is simply where the calls from customers are answered. The business on 3615 Werk Road, is the companies shop. This is where the employees obtain supplies and drop off old units. This shop is not a office that customers can walk into. If you need service you can call the number attached and set up an appointment. Overall great this is a company, the employees are real and honest. they are not going to sell you something that you don't need and they work to solve your problems effectively.

• My AC had been out for 2.5 days. I had an appointment with 1 company after hours on a Thursday and they completely blew me off. So I was stuck calling around Friday morning to get service. The soonest anyone could get to me was the next day or the upcoming Monday. Durbin was the only company that could get to me that day. They were at my door 30 minutes later!!! Fast, efficient, polite, etc. More importantly, the solved the problem in less than 30 minutes! An added bonus: I wasn’t being pressured to sign up for a service contract.
