Jansen is the best! Our main floor A/C went out today, one of the hottest days of the summer yet. Robert came to look at our system within an hour of my phone call. He was so nice and pleasant, even while working in the horrible outdoor heat. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. We are so grateful!

I had a very disappointing experience with Jansen Heating & Cooling. They came to my downtown Cincinnati building, inspected the property, took photos, and provided a quote that I accepted. I even expanded the project to include replacing a second HVAC system and increased my financing based on their recommendation. Then, just two days before the scheduled installation, they canceled the job, saying the roof was unsafe. I completely respect putting employee safety first, but that should have been identified during the initial site visit before they quoted the work and had me invest significant time arranging financing and planning around the installation. This experience made me feel like they don’t have the right people evaluating projects upfront, and the lack of communication and last-minute cancellation showed a disappointing lack of customer focus. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.

Jansen just installed two heating units in our home. We had been Jansen customers in the past and have recently returned to them. We were very impressed with DJ, our sales advisor, as he provided options for us and helped us make the best selection. I was even more impressed that he did not point us towards the most expensive option! Installation was scheduled quickly. We did have a little bit of a problem with the installation team, as they were not as careful in our basement as we had hoped they would be. However, the general manager himself came back to our home to remedy the situation and made everything fine. He has reached out to me repeatedly to make sure there is nothing else they can do and that we are fully satisfied. We absolutely are! And I would highly recommend Jansen as a company to anyone looking for an HVAC company. Sometimes there are bumps along the way, but it’s very important to have a company that stands behind their work and if there are problems, makes them right!

Very knowledgeable HVAC expert turned sales rep. Install team did a great job and left me with a very clean install on both the HVAC system and the tankless hot water heater. They made great suggestions during the install, so I now have better access to the furnace. Also, the tankless system was moved down the wall to make room for my freestanding shelving.

Brett diagnosed the problem with our hot water heating system, had the coupler needed in his truck and fixed it lickety-split.
