The technician David came out, did his thing efficiently, answered all of our questions and was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for such prompt and excellent service!

  • earlier this year when I had them set up a gas line..everything was impeccable, and they also gave me advice on my hot water furnace, which I took action on. Today, I had an HVAC visit from Dave, who was so helpful and patient and gave me some more advice. They never try to upsell...they are always honest people. I am definitely going to continue to use them..we are lucky to have them here.

  • My HVAC system stopped working abruptly. I called Appleby to report my issue at 8:00 AM … by 9:45 AM … a technician arrived to check it out. I want to offer a special mention to Andrew who systematically diagnosed and corrected the issue. Personal, professional, and obviously experienced .. it was a pleasure to have him explain what he saw and what he was doing to rectify the issue. I have been a longtime customer of Appleby and they are my 1st call … it’s technicians like Andrew that make the whole transaction so great ! Thanks Andrew.

  • I just had my furnace, air conditioner, and fireplace inspected and serviced by Appleby Systems. I was very pleased with the office staff I was talking to they where very helpful and pleasant to talk with. Everything was scheduled to my convenience and the service rep. Dave was efficient, courteous and quick at his job telling me he was a skilled worker and obviously raised by a good mother he knew how to clean up after himself. I would highly recommend them to anyone that ask me for a good Heating and Air Conditioning contractor. Five Stars well deserved and earned in my opinion and pricing very reasonable No complaints here.

  • I’m disappointed with my recent experience with Appleby Systems. When my hot water suddenly vanished (a plot twist nobody enjoys), the technician who came out managed to make the situation feel even colder. The attitude was off, the explanations weren’t helpful, and the solutions offered were either wildly overpriced or scheduled for “sometime in the distant future,” which is not ideal when you’re taking glacier‑temperature showers. Management did apologize afterward, which I appreciate, but by that point I had already called another company—one I’d never even heard of before—and they swooped in like plumbing superheroes, booked me immediately, and fixed the issue without any drama. Based on this experience, I’ll be sticking with the company that actually restored my hot water… and my will to live.
