Annual furnace maintenance. Tech was very thorough and professional. He noted areas of concern and maintenance options. I eventually decided to replace the 14 year old furnace. The sales representative was also very professional and helpful.

We have been extremely satisfied Aquarius customers for well over 15 years and have become accustomed to the excellent water quality in our home. However, after moving into our current home four years ago, we began experiencing a recurring problem with our water unexpectedly losing its softened characteristics. Over several months, Aquarius worked diligently to identify the cause, sending technicians from four different trades to investigate possible issues. Throughout this process, we were never charged for any of these service visits. That level of customer service was impressive in itself. Most recently, when we again experienced hard water, I called Aquarius and explained that previous visits had sometimes occurred a week after the problem disappeared. I requested a prompt visit so the issue could be diagnosed while it was happening. Joe Imholt arrived the very next day and immediately confirmed the problem. Further investigation revealed that chlorine in our municipal water supply had damaged the resin in both softener tanks, rendering them ineffective. Since the problem was caused by the city water rather than an equipment malfunction, the repairs were not covered under warranty. Nevertheless, Joe went above and beyond to meet us more than halfway. He replaced both tanks, rebuilt the valve head, and charged us only for labor, making the repair remarkably affordable. Aquarius also offered a dechlorination system to help prevent this problem from recurring. Beyond protecting a water softener, reducing chlorine exposure may also help protect other water-using appliances, including dishwashers, washing machines, and water heaters. Aquarius has demonstrated outstanding customer service, technical expertise, and a genuine commitment to taking care of its customers. After more than 15 years as a customer, we remain very happy with Aquarius and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a water treatment company that stands behind its customers.
