Nice guy and a professional visit, but the tech wanted to replace our furnace because a fan went bad. Claimed the part was not available, the exact motor was findable on Amazon in minutes, the part is also locally available today at a nearby appliance store and we are installing it this afternoon. This company might want to expand their sourcing of parts, or it might be a strategy to sell new furnaces? It's very strange that homeowners can easily get furnace repair parts a company called the furnace doctor cannot obtain.

We requested a furnace tune-up, and boy, this was easy. Their communication, right from the beginning, was fantastic. Jim was a very pleasant technician, showing up right at the front end of the appointment window, and he made no upsell of any kind. Just the price it was quoted when we set up the time, not a penny more. This was our first time with Furnace Doctors, and we will for sure be using them again.

Was lucky enough to get these guys out here on a weekend. Had a furnace issue of course once it started to get cold enough. Feared the worst, and pretty quickly they were able to diagnose the issue. I was also able to go over some details with the dispatcher so that we could hopefully have the right equipment in case we needed it. Nonetheless they had what they needed on hand to replace the torsion mount. And I got my heat back working in a matter of hours. Technician answered all of my questions and was very thorough. Would definitely recommend these guys

Been using Furnace Doctors for a couple years now. They just did a tune up on our 10 year old furnace and I’m very pleased. I’ve been unhappy with other companies that seem to do less of a tuneup and more of a sales call. Jimmy always explains possible issues and what are things to watch, but doesn’t try to hard sell any of it. I generally avoid service plans, but they do such a great job that I was happy to sign up for their’s 2 years ago and to keep it going.
