The technician came on time and was polite and professional. He inspected my heating unit and replaced a part that was going bad. He talked me through everything he was doing and then gave me a "clean bill of health" on my heater. They will come back in the spring for my A/C. The price was fair and I knew exactly what I was paying for.

Archie’s Heating & Cooling Service Company Technician Darrell Trawick did an incomplete job and inspection on the two systems I have in my house. He lied about servicing the unit in my crawl space cleaning the two fans out. I have it on my Ring camera. He had presented himself to be honest and professional. That was not true. I have used this company for about 19 years and have never had a complaint or problem with them. I do not fault the company just the person. Sometimes companies get misled by a smooth talker and he was that. I would never ever recommend HIM to anyone. I hope Archies A/C can see where I am coming from. They showed no sense of urgency to correct the situation. They tried coming over to complete the job at the end of the following day. That is not good business. I did a stop payment on the check I wrote to them. They did not return my check like the bank said that they were supposed to.

Had 6 different HVAC contractors come to my house and quote me on a new system. The last was ARCHIE’S. Talk about an easy decision…When Jeff came out and inspected my home and went over anything and everything with me, I knew my choice was solid and right. Fast forward to yesterday..Jeff and Darrell did my install yesterday and I simply can’t say enough about them and this company. They are the epitome of GREAT SERVICE AND WORK. Their knowledge and passion is at a level you rarely see nowadays. I can absolutely assure anyone that ARCHIE’S is who you want.

I called about 3 hours ago to get my HVAC system looked at. They said somebody would be out within 2 hours. After only about an hour and a half Jeff showed up. He looked at everything, explained what he was doing as he went, was very professional. He adjusted something, was here maybe about 20 minutes or so. And guess what? He didn't even charge me. Now THAT is customer service. I am so impressed, most places won't come out here without charging a huge fee just to drive out here. And they're never on time. About 6 years ago I chose Archie's because I live very close to the one in Cusseta and I have never regretted it. If anybody reading this is unsure whether or not to use this company, give them a call. They didn't have to come out so quickly but they did. Archies always comes through for me so thanks guys I appreciate it. 🙂
