It's hard to find the right people, but it's great when you do. We only use CCHAC because they're the right people for us. Poor fellers battled my AC from start to finish. The owner ended up coming out to help out with all the issues. That man was even vacuuming so his technicians could get to the next job! 0 issues with this company. Well actually its kinda cold in my house now so my wife be upset but im happy.

Fast, nice and efficient. The technician came after normal hours while it was storming and figured out my unit needed a new motor and capacitor. He went back to their shop and fixed those items and came back in the middle of a tornado warning and installed the replacement parts. Best service.

We have to give another 5 stars. We had all of units replaced by another company when we moved to Columbus. CCHAC treat the units like they installed them. 2 out of the 3 units had the exact same issue on the same day (very unsual). The company came out the next day. The service repair tech identified the problem and dealt with carrier (the ac brand) and determined both were covered by warranty. Parts came in 2 days later and they came out the same day the parts arrived and fixed the units before the long holiday weekend. Every part of the problem was handled exceptionally! Very impressive. Every tech was so awesome and nice to our dogs too! Maureen. & Matt

CCHAC installed our units when our house was built in 2014. I slacked off on doing annual check since new, then in 2019 weekend before family coming in for a graduation the upstairs unit breaks. Ooopppsss. CCHAC was on site that day and got it cooling somewhat but had to wait for a part. Still under warranty, so dodged a bullet. I have had them back every year since in the spring so no surprises. And that same unit just glitched again SURPRISE, but the tech, think his name is Cameron, diagnosed a secondary problem (fixed it) and then found the primary problem that created the secondary (fixed it). Should be the service plus a new Contacter on the bill when it comes in, but whatever it is these folks are very fair and VERY GOOD! Oh, forgot, a couple years ago came out where the air handler somehow came loose and airflow was limited, asked me if I had ever been in the unit and I hadn't, they fixed it and said it had to be their mistake since they set it up years before. No charge. What?!?!?! Don't be jealous, fire your guy and hire CCHAC! Above 2024ish, Now 2026... Adam has done our very fair priced annual service calls (3 units ~$200 total) for last three rounds and is GREAT! Gave me a couple pointers to consider, troubleshooting tips... this company continues to be AWESOME!

This might be our 2nd review. We switched in last year to CCHA and always impressed with service. Called at 11 because we had a problem. By 2 pm the tech came and resolved problem. It’ll he had the part and fixed! Another great job.

Isaiah came out to my home and was supooose to give my unit a tune up and he left and it not operating at all a now I have a vent leak now present from him removing it to take cover plate off, they sent a different tech out to tell me how Isaiah busted the vent pipe and how carbon monoxide is now pouring out and they have to cut my gas off also it 58 degrees in my house and instead of them trying to help me repair my unit, they tell me that it 10,000 to replace my system, when the stuff cost 3,500 and most installers charge 1500 to install the system. This company is a huge rip off and has no comstomer service high don’t recommended for any needs. Also they work for the Home Depot and I promise I will be giving them a call about my exsperence

He was very prompt and assessed the situations in an expert and professional manner. Knowing of my Father's serious health issues, Terry and Brian installed a new air conditoning unit for our home on Sunday morning. They did an outstanding job. They checked everything out and made sure everything was perfect. I want to add that anytime we have had problems with our heating or air conditioning, Climate Control's expert technicians have always come to our home at a moment's notice no matter whether it is a Friday night or the weekend. In other words, I give my highest recommendation to Climate Control for all air conditioning and heating needs. They are number 1 (i.e. the best) in my book.
