DO NOT call this company for new installations or significant repairs. I do not like leaving negative reviews but their positive reviews for small services are misleading. I want to protect other homeowners from making a very costly mistake. We bought a unit from them in 2025 and immediately regretted our decision. The next day after install there was water damage to our ceiling because they did not properly install the tray underneath the unit. They had left our attic a complete mess and had left insulation laying across tray and parts from the old unit everywhere. We called to have them fix the issue and remove the old parts and the technician moved around some items and said he couldn’t do anything else. On top of all this the unit was not performing correctly and made our whole house sound like a wind tunnel. After weeks of calling and requesting assistance and being told our point of contact “had to speak with the engineer” and that the “engineer would come out to assess the equipment” with no follow-up or resolution, we called another company to get feedback on the situation. We did not tell this company about the significant issues with Air Force Heating and Air because we wanted an objective opinion of the attic and installation. The technician was shocked to the point that he called his manager in front of me and requested that he come out to assess our unit because their were significant issues with our unit including that the zone board was installed out of code and dangling its wires (see photos). There were beer bottles and other trash left in our attic and, long story short, we had to get the unit installed properly by a new company and thankfully they performed a full attic clean-up for free. I honestly cried after working with the new company as it was a breath of fresh air compared to Air Force Heating and Air. Please do not use this company for new installations or complex repairs. Look at their 1 star reviews and you will see a clear pattern of poor craftsmanship and damage to property.
