• I'm an architect in Brooklyn. In my 30+ years of practice in NYC, I've dealt with many HVAC contractors, but Arnica has risen to the top of the ranks. Simone and his staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I've lost count of how many jobs we've done together. When it came to installing new heat pumps in my own house, I chose them. This last year, they installed 3 condensers with 14 interior zones (ceiling cassettes). It's all working beautifully, even through the depths of winter. They offer quality work and responsive service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

• Everything went super smoothly. We have a Mitsubishi City Multi VRF rooftop system, which only a handful of Mitsubishi-authorized/qualified service providers can work on. A few of the authorized places were booked out or hard to schedule, but Arnica was able to get us in quickly. Scheduling was easy and quick, and Rosette kept me updated the whole time. Dean came over first to diagnose the issue and explain the situation clearly. Then Neil came to install the replacement part — they showed up on time, worked fast, and didn’t leave a mess. We had them come do a check up (which was not done by the prior owners so it had been several years); George didn’t try to upsell and did a great job. We asked them to come back to replace a thermostat and to install some surge protectors. Ordering the products took a couple of weeks, but it was not an urgent job and the busiest season for them in the dead of summer. They were on time, on budget and successfully completed all work. • Good people...good work I live in Manhattan and had them install a split level Mitsubishi system with 2 compressors, 2 wall mount vents and 2 ceiling cassettes (the ceiling cassettes are awesome!). I would say the install was complicated as it took some custom work to mount the compressors and all the piping was done internally (not outside). They did a great job communicating through the process. The office and installer staff were super polite, courteous and helpful. Simon worked hard to accommodate the electrician's needs and made a strong effort to keep costs down. After installation, the system needed some minor tweaks, to which they quickly fixed. Great experience and I would recommend them.
