Absolutely great experience with Arthur Heating & Air! My AC went down around 2 AM, and Jack came out to my house in Greenville to take care of it. The service was above and beyond. He didn’t just diagnose the problem and leave me waiting until the next day. He drove all the way back to the shop to get the part needed and came back to get the AC up and running that night. That kind of dedication and customer service is hard to find. I really appreciate Jack going the extra mile, especially at 2 AM. I highly recommend Arthur Heating & Air to anyone needing dependable HVAC service in the Greenville area!

Arthur heating and air is a great company, with excellent technicians. Jaxon came out today to check on both units that we had installed in June and do a Heating tuneup. Abel was a great help today. This is the best family business! All of the techs are a very hard working, honest, super nice group of people. Their business has grown so much and flourished because of their customer service. I even sent them to my mother's house, and they are her regular ac and heating team now.That's a big deal for me to send someone to mom's! Just a check-up and clean on my units today. They have been serving us for about 10 years. They also did wonderful work replacing one of our units inside and out last year. They have been very helpful in keeping our second original(20yrs old) unit still alive as long as we can$$$ Thank you to Clint Arthur and all of the team!

That team was the best I have ever seen! Our HVAC went out on a Sunday night. They came out that night and gave us options. We chose to replace our HVAC system. The install team arrived at 8:00a on Monday and did a meticulous job and made sure everything was working superbly before departing that afternoon. Highly recommend Arthur Heating and Air!

Jaxon Bannister is awesome! He was so kind and respectful! Very knowledgeable and took care of us perfectly! We have never used Arthur heating and air. We got a flyer on our door for a tune up and called and scheduled it. We were so pleased with Jaxon, we signed up for the membership for the 2 times per year tune up. I am so grateful we contacted them!
