• Artisan was recommended by a colleague so I read reviews before deciding. Made the right decision. Reviews were accurate. Service and expertise was very good. I'm completely 100% satisfied with my purchase. Furnace works great and my questions were always answered in a timely manner. Was originally nervous about smaller company versus Enercare but Enercare made some false claims about their advantages over smaller companies like lowest price and unbeatable warranties. Artisan beat them in both areas, and Artisan has been in business a long time. I call Enercare Ener'scare' now cause that's their strategy. Khalil never upsold or pressured me even just a bit. He straight up just answered my questions, gave quotes and dates and was professional. The furnace replacement took only 4 hours; we still had half a day left. Anyways, I'm glad I took a small risk and walked away from Enercare to Artisan so I just wanted to share my experience with anyone who is trying to choose.

• In a state of emergency at our house with our Tankless water heater broken down on a busy Friday night, We didn't find any company willing to come and see what was wrong with the Hot water heater. All these Companies we called for... 3 ... days were interested in was replacing the water heater over a phone conversation. Without seeing the problem. Well? After calling" Artisan Air and Heating" Cleo, The owner himself came to our home and brought parts which may have caused the problem, No charge. This, was unexpected great customer service. After installing the parts in question there were other issues to resolve which could have been worth more than having a NEW one installed. The only solution was to Replace the worn out Rinnai Unit which was over 17 years old. Artisan, came through for us. Cleo, recommended that the new Water heater be upgraded to a more efficient and higher output heater which was more appropriate for this size of home. The upgrade got us from only 7gallons per minute to 11.2 gallons per minute. The nice upgrade was installedvery professionally thanks to Cleo in a matter of just hours. • I contacted Khalil in 2019, for a repair serviced with my heating system. He came and checked it, took his own time to get the parts that's needed (didn't charged me for picking up the parts) and fixed the problem. In 2022 I contacted Khalil once again to install me a new centralize AC unit and I asked his advise on what AC unit will be great for our home considering his expertise my home is ever cooler in the summertime. Never had a problem with his serviced and will definitely the only one I will contact for this matter.

• I came home to a cold house last night and a furnace that was blowing cold air. I tried calling the usual high-profile companies in the neighborhood for an emergency call only to find that they would try to call me back the next day.
