Keith and his crew are amazing! They came out looked at our old system and gave us a quote and within a week or two our new heating and air system was installed! My wife recently came home to a non working HVAC system, while steadily climbing up to 89 degrees inside our home. After reaching out to Atlanta Air Authority late in the afternoon, within a hour and half they had a tech at our home to assess the situation. Ended up being a failed motorized dampener (stuck in the closed position) serving the 1st floor of our home, resulting in a frozen unit (4 ton, single air handler, split zone). The tech Kneemo who came out was very informative, professional, and respectful throughout the trouble shooting process. Once the diagnosis was determined, he was able to manually stabilize the dampener, dethaw our unit, and had us back to cooling shortly after his arrival. Obviously this included some new parts and a 2nd visit to install once this arrived at their warehouse. I was very pleased with the experience itself, the consistent communication and updates provided by Keith, Sierra, and Kneemo were superb, and the willingness to be as flexible as possible with our working schedules to get the new parts installed made it a flawless experience. I would highly recommend AAA to anyone in need of HVAC assistance and will certainly be calling them out for future preventative maintenance checks. Thank you!

Exceptional experience! AAA came out as a second opinion after a major company told me that I needed a new unit. Problem is that my unit is only 3 years old. AAA was able to repair a leaking valve, get me up and running again within a few hours. I was quoted a 14k replacement by the other company. Extremely pissed that this goes on out there but so glad that Atlanta Air Authority didn’t try to rip me off. Specially, they’re awesome, honest technicians!

Kneemo did a fantastic job. He is so easy to work with and explained everything very well. We had a problem with the outside unit. He diagnosed it quickly and made the repairs and we are back to cooling the house again. I highly recommend homeowners getting a regular maintenance plan so you have your HVAC serviced twice a year. We got the service plan too. Excellent job Kneemo. Thank you so much. We purchased our HVAC from Atlanta Air Authority in 2019 and have used them before then in the past. Been using these guys for 13 years. They never disappoint! Came out on a Monday evening. Had a quote over to me within an hour. It’s now Wednesday afternoon and the installation crew just left. Keith and his team at Atlanta Air Authority are awesome people! I called them because my elderly grandmothers AC went out, they came out same day. Unfortunately, the compressor was bad. They were booked out a few days because of the heat. Keith, the owner, came out personally and installed a window unit free of charge to get her by until the units could be installed. If that’s not excellent customer service, I don’t know what is! Highly recommend!

Short and simple. Had three other companies come out. All three told me our system had to be replaced. Atlanta Air Authority came out and found two obvious disconnected wires. The other companies were clearly going for the sale. I am so grateful that there are some honest contractors still out there.

Our technician Nemo was extremely professional, thorough and went above and beyond to make sure our hvac system was operating optimally for the summer months. I highly recommend that man gets a raise or be put into a training role to develop other technicians in customer service and efficient maintenance and troubleshooting.
