• I cannot recommend this company. I have utilized them 2 to 3 times over the past 10 years. An unfortunate situation arose during last week‘s visit. Due to the negligence of the technician, a water leak occurred. The technician was not monitoring the situation and resulted in a water leak into the kitchen, the garage and the attic. The company’s response was lackluster at best offering minimal restitution. Please be very cautious. I will not utilize them again and I’m sharing that recommendation with all of my friends and neighbors.

• I really appreciate the time and effort Atlantic Shores Heating & Cooling put into this job. Tron, Jack, Chris, and DeAndre really took the time to ensure a quality installation. I will say it started off with some miscommunication on some job components which left a weekend of no A/C; however, Monday early the whole crew was out making quick work of what needed to be done, and assured me it will be done right. • This company didn't keep up with our 1 year service plan. We had to physically go in and ask them why they had not scheduled the spring maintenance. They charged $350 to screw in one pice of ductwork. We only used them because they put the unit in prior to purchasing the house. My advice is go with a smaller business because they dont have the overhead.

• DeAndre has been to our house multiple times! He is always so attentive, caring and listens to my concerns, even if I dont exactly know how to explain them! I work from home and have 4 kids and 2 dogs, so it is hard to keep them away from him while he is trying to work. Darryl recently completed my scheduled maintenance check. Both of these individuals are extremely professional, proficient, customer-service-oriented, and excellent communicators. • I purchased a new Trane unit from Atlantic Shores 2 years ago. While there are things abt the unit itself I don’t like, the team at Atlantic Shores does GREAT WORK. Jack Davis works tirelessly to get the job done. I had a 6ft (really, 7, but he was fried dead so we couldn’t stretch him out) snake get up in the control panel of the outside unit and FRIED himself like hibachi gone horribly wrong! He was shorting out the unit! Jack came out and discovered this stinky, smelly mess and removed it, and got us back running. Because that cooked several parts, the quote was very high for this last repair, but Jack got here right on time this morning with an adjusted quote and knocked it out in no time. They are always great to work with, have an on-call service that is actually manned for after hours, and they put up with my dogs who think it’s all about them. I just set up my 3 years ago maintenance agreement and I’m so happy my house is cool!!!

I recommend a maintenance contract with them - the one time I had an issue with the a/c last summer they came out immediately and were able to replace the part under warranty and only charged me their reduced hourly rate. They also installed a mini-split for the sunroom in 2022. They visit twice a year to inspect and clean the HVAC, leaving me with great peace of mind.
