• Our AC unit went out on Thursday evening, called and had Axis there Friday morning to see what the issue was. Needed to replace our 22 yr old unit. They had a crane and brand new unit there within an hour and had everything replaced within hours. They did such a great job and extremely clean. Such polite and great gentleman and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend Axis Air Texas.

It's not even that big of a deal... just some filters we were promised. But this lack of communication makes me unconfident in other things that they said would be included in my AC/furnace system. Like the set warranty was 'guaranteed' even though we didn't get the AC/furnace/compressor combo but honestly at this point it might've been a sales tactic. I'll have to call the manufacturer to be sure. This also does not make me confident in their ability to be reachable if something goes wrong with my system. Will they ignore me then also? All in all I would not recommend Axis Air. I shouldn't have to think about this system too much

• Biggest mistake and waste of time and money. He failed two inspections and is in the process of having to pay for a new permit. He used drywall screws for an outdoor application as well as using illegal tape to wrap hoses. Check his complaints on BBB. Once he receives payment he is gone with the wind. Put on blacklist. Total con.

• Unreliable. I scheduled a preventive maintenance appointment with them on three different ocassions July 3 2019, March 19 2020 and August 25 2025 and did not show up. I don't know why I even tried after the first time they didn't show up. I originally installed my ac unit with them but it shows they don't care about returning customers.

• I had Axis Air install a complete new RUUD system in my home, including upgraded copper lines through the attic. From the start, Justin was easy to communicate with, transparent about pricing, and very responsive when a blower issue popped up after install. He personally followed up and replaced the blower assembly without giving me the runaround. I also appreciated that he didn’t submit the financing paperwork until the issue was resolved — that says a lot about his integrity. There are some 1-star reviews floating around, and I’ll be honest — I don’t really get it. For example, I received my air filters right at the time of install, no hassle. If someone’s upset over a delay in getting filters and they rate the entire company 1 star because of it, that feels petty — especially when the system works and the install went fine. No company is perfect. The exterior lineset cover install was just okay, not great — but certainly not worth deducting a star. I could have made an issue out of it, and I believe Justin would’ve addressed it, but I don’t demand champagne service on a beer budget. Their price was thousands less than a competitor (King's Aire was nearly $3K more!) and still included everything I needed: new indoor and outdoor units, new lines, permitting, and a solid warranty from RUUD. At the end of the day, my house is cold, my unit is under warranty, my monthly payment is manageable, and I dealt with a team that didn’t ghost me when something wasn’t perfect. That’s what matters. Highly recommend if you’re looking for honest work at a fair price and understand what realistic expectations look like.

• I can't say enough good things about Axis Air! They recently upgraded my house from an old swamp cooler and outdated furnace to a modern refrigerated air system. The entire process was seamless.
