Jesse came out to look at our system after another company came out service the unit and recommended we replace the entire unit. Throughly cleaned out the unit that the previous company was maintaining, turns out they were not doing a great job and had severe build up on one of the coils. Cleaned the unit and now it works even better! Would highly recommend B&B and also Jesse. We will definitely be moving over to their premier maintenance plan. Thank you B&B and Jesse! Update 10/8-2026 I have had Jorge do my annual maintenance and my initial check after buying my new house and I didn’t think it was possible to have a better experience with this company but I did! Jorge was probably fessionalm when showing up and completing the work but most importantly took several photos and walked me through everything he did for the routine furnace cleaning and AC flush that was part of my plan. I have two units and he took the time to go through the overall health. B&B hired the best and I will make sure Jorge is our regular technician for as long as possible! Thank you B&B

They are incompetent, so I wouldn't hire them. Dude in a van doesn't know how to check his mirrors and would have hit me if I didn't slam on my brake on 1-25 in the morning on 8/5/26. He heard me honking, stopped driving in to my lane for half a second then just kept going. I have it on video. Gonna pull it off my dash cam and post here when I get home.

Jessie was a professional and incredibly competent technician. He diagnosed our problem quickly, had all the parts needed to repair it, and checked our AC system’s capacity when he was done. My only complaint about my service is not about Jessie, just about the communicativeness of the B&B off-hours text line. They were slow to get back to me throughout the day and eventually stopped responding to me. They had to change Jessie’s expected arrival time once because his previous call went long; that’s fine, except he ended up showing up more than two hours after that time, and I got no notice about it. We’ve been B&B customers since 2005, and have no plans to change, but I hope they will make an effort to shore up their communications with customers in the future.

We recently upgraded from a boiler to a gas air furnace, AC, and tankless water heater. It was a big job with a lot of moving parts, but Byron Blackhawk and his team handled everything smoothly.
