  • Quoted 95 with all information given about job. When they arrived they attempted to charge an extra 600!!! When i contacted the office. They attempted to put the price on their technician. Then claimed they could not have quoted it if there was a real person instead of AI. While also claiming they have no idea of their prices!! Seriously? who runs a business based on blaming their techs!! They did end up doing the entire job for original quoted price but this is bad service. Bait and switch with no accountability! Get actual people answering the phone stop relying on an AI. Jackson the tech was amazing! and professional about it all. The office however worthless.

  • Blue sky tech Travis Marion’s card says HVAC professional. That is an understatement. Smart, curious, honest, a seeker of the truth behind every problem and then countering with solutions. He’s a revelation, a true professional who reminds us again why we are members of the Blue Sky family. Thanks Travis!

  • This company was very unprofessional, I had an appointment scheduled to get a gas hookup for my stove, they said they'd be here between 1 and 5 so I cleared my afternoon to be home. I got a call around two from a technician asking me to explain the situation which I did the best of my ability as a layman which wasn't very good and he pulled a number out of nowhere asking over double of other estimates I received without even looking at the job. Overall he seemed like he didn't even want to come look at it unless I agreed to pay a premium price. It was a total waste of my time.

  • Carter is a great technician who fully examined and prepped our furnace and April Aire for this winter. We have always had very knowledgeable technicians from Blue Sky and highly recommendd their services.

    Sharon L.

  • So consistently professional and reliable! I’ve used the for years. They installed a heat pump for us. They put it in a week after the estimate. The crew was so knowledgeable and courteous. Great experience all around!

  • I waited a couple of years to leave this review. I didn't want to post it angry. Only giving one star because I cannot leave zero stars. I had a flood, 50,000 gallons of water fled my home after 2 nights of 20 below temps and a power outage. It was a nightmare. Their team came out full of confidence and a team of companies they work with to mitigate, store, and make repairs. All of my electrical in my crawlspace is in conduit, zero water contact, zero coverage by insurance for work down there. I did have outlets damaged in the ground floor, but the crawlspace was fine. Blue Sky came by with an electrician who wanted $5K to do testing on all the electrical below ground which would not have been covered by insurance, and which a second opinion exposed this to not be anything legitimate. Both of the companies referred to me and set up by blue sky were equally problematic. I didn't realize what a huge "operation" insured repairs create in the least ethical of companies and employees. I was charged twice for a backed up toilet which was never repaired by them. They had no idea what they were doing. Additionally, there were sticky fingers on the team that addressed the leaks I had by cutting out the copper pipe that exploded to create the flood. They took that copper with them when I needed it for my insurance claim, to verify the damage and cause. They picked up objects in my house and asked for them. It was highly disturbing. I wish I never met them and wish I never used their referred vendors for mitigation and storage. My home is 1300 SF. I did not store my kitchen and laundry appliances and my largest furniture. I did not want any of my items in plastic bins and or hanging mitigated. But they took everything apart, emptied bins, ruined clothing, and charged me $10K a month for a 7K sized storage unit. TAKE CARE. I know a flood is overwhelming and frightening. I KNOW. Have your distrust barriers firmly in place.

  • Anthony showed up within the specified time window for my service call. He was friendly, thorough, professional, and performed a check of my newly installed heater. Once he determined there was only minor issues, he offered to switch my appointment from a service call to the advertised $129 Furnace Tune Up Special, which saved me money as well as another visit.

  • Professional…..dedicated…team effort…on time…the very best

    John B.

  • Timely response, reasonable pricing, and the technician Steve was excellent.
