Great work from Baker Jones. They arrived on time, understood the issue (separation in the furnace exhaust line) and fixed the issue quickly. They were professional, treated my home well, and let me take a look when they were finished. The price they charged was a fair one for the work they performed. I would recommend them to anyone!

We have used Baker-Jones for several years. Lazy year they replaced one of my units. My older AC stopped working late last night. I left a VM with them and was contacted by Justin just after they opened. He scheduled service around midday due to other repairs. Ten minutes later, he called to alert me to a technician being deployed (they were waiting on a part for another job). Jon checked the unit, finding a non-functioning capacitor. He replaced it, and cool air!! This has been our experience with Baker- Jones throughout. They are always responsive, reasonable pricing and very professional.

There was a connection issue between the thermostat and the condenser, which was preventing the system from turning on. I called this morning, and they came out right away and fixed the issue. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I truly appreciate the quick response and excellent service. I will definitely be using them for all of my maintenance needs moving forward. Maintenance for us over 10 years on a 16 year old mut system after previous vendor no callbacks. Baker-Jones did install 2 years ago with a new upstairs smaller system, 4 years ago with new whole house ductwork. Today, our downstairs we selected a high efficency American Standard and planning for past 7 months, project included new electrical panel and HVAC options. Our selection is that always willing to communicate, trust, and schedule us. Care during outage with electrical and permits to weather delays had constant communications. As a customer we notice nice people work there and company provide good trucks. Baker-Jones helps us with a healthy environment on this home's 75th anniversary!
