• Had new 4 ton Daikon hvac system, ducting and vents installed. Beau gave us a good year end discount and we now have a great system with all the bells and whistles. Clone and his crew did a fine job installing everything and good clean up afterward. Be Cool maintains what I call the three G’s in a great company. Good people, which is the most important, good equipment and good pricing! Update on unit installed last April. The a/c didn’t seem to be cooling properly. Rider came out found two pin holes in the copper piping that runs from the attic to the unit outside. This was not from the equipment they installed but homeowner responsibility. The bad section was replaced and freon topped off. All at no charge! Now that is customer service! I can only give them 5 stars but Be Cool certainly deserves 10. Had our both of our heaters checked today. Met Anthony, the tech for the first time. Very nice, heaters are fine and had him change my filters while he was here. Actually picked a few pieces of insulation that came down from opening the attic door. That’s service! Worth every penny to be a VIP member! The ‘coolest’ company around gets another 5 from me! April 14, 2026 Anthony completed a/c inspection on both units. Professional, thorough, clean and polite. Couldn’t ask for more. Cost of the VIP membership pays for itself just with the free inspections, heat and cooling. You don’t have to remember. They contact you and give some options on dates and times available. Like before, Anthony picked up another piece of the blow in insulation that came down with him! I love it! Oct 2, 2026 AC not cooling. Techs arrived later same day. Quickly diagnosed the problem, electrical. Showed me what needed to be replaced and got the job done. No charge, Daikin unit under warranty. I like that! Another home run for the Be Cool team. Maybe they could give some pointers to the Astros!

• I received professional, skilled, knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and efficient service from Be Cool. Communucation through the entire process was responsive, friendly and accommodating. Riley arrived on time and inspected the entire HVAC system, quickly diagnosed the A/C problem and discussed it with me. He had the part needed for the repair on his truck and quickly replaced it. He saw that the compressor was under warranty for parts and labor and he contacted the manufacturer and handled the entire process. I was charged a trip fee and warranty processing fee. I opted to add a booster to the compressor and was charged a very fair price. This service call was at a family member's residence. I will absolutely use Be Cool for my AC maintenance and repairs at my own home. The entire interaction with Be Cool was positive.

When we went inside the attic, he checked on the components. He found a baffle was not working and had caused the problem to the A/C system. • I had a terrible night sleep last night because my upstairs AC fan unit wasn’t spinning! I figured it was a capacitor so I called Be Cool AC and heating when I woke up and asked them to come out and fix whatever is wrong. They gave me a 10 AM appointment, with the owner! The first thing Beau asked was if I checked the circuit breaker. I told him I had not. He flipped the switch and the fan went on! Fixed!! Then he walked around to make sure that it was cooling upstairs, and it was. As he walked out the door I asked him if he wanted payment now or later? “ You don’t owe me anything!” Bless that man!!
